“Stayed at this wonderful hotel as part of a Park Stay Sail package for our recent cruise out of Baltimore! What can I say? The hotel was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the experience was very pleasant! Breakfast was filling! Looking forward to staying here and parking our car before future cruises out of Baltimore! Highly recommend using this hotel if sailing out of Baltimore! To get a shuttle after your cruise ends, just call the hotel and they'll start sending shuttles if one isn't there when you disembark!”

“Great place to stay, I loved it!

My husband always stays here, but this time I stayed with him and it was absolutely amazing. The front desk Oreo was very patient and helpful something that you definitely need when you’re old. The place was clean and well maintained.”

“Linda is the best hostess. She made us all feel at home and shared the interesting history of the home. She knows all about Baltimore and was an excellent source of what to do in the area. Breakfast was delicious each morning. She always had homemade cookies, tea bags and hot water and a pitcher of ice water for us. There is also a keurig and k-cups, ice maker and mini frig for the guests. The home has all the charm of its era plus all the modern conveniences. I will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.”

“Went here for family reunion for the second time. This is primarily a golf resort, but there are other activities available. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, spa, restaurant, gym.

The rooms are comfortable, though I wish there was a dresser in the room. Only able to hang clothes. There is a nice TV, an iron and ironing board in the room, hair dryer and desk with the only chair, so the only other seating is the beds. Also have a small fridge and microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker.

The resort is very large. Our family had two meals included and a gathering room for meals and socializing. Was a long walk from the lobby to the room for meals, but the food was very good.

I think my family enjoyed the weekend, and since this was the second time we chose this place, we obviously liked it. It's located just south of Baltimore, so there are things to do there, too. It's also close to Ellicott City, a lovely town with nice shops and restaurants. Both the resort and Ellicott city restaurants were fairly popular, so make reservations for activities and meals. The restaurant was not as busy but has a limited menu.

I would go back for a third time, because it really is a good place for families and things to do. Prices are not exorbitant for the rooms. Don't know what it costs for golf, but it looked like quite a lot of people were golfing. If you need a clean decent place for your event, I would recommend you check it out.”

“Very nice hotel. The rooms could use a nice updating from wear and tear through the years, but overall, it's a very nice hotel.

It's a distance of less than 5 minutes from the casino, mall, gas stations, restaurants, Walmart, and even more shopping. Airport rental car return ? was only 10 mins down the road and another 2-3 mins to the airport. I loved it. About 30 minutes from downtown and about 15 mins Chesapeake arena. Everything was close by and accommodating if needed something in a jiffy.

Front Desk employees were friendly and accommodating.

The parking garage is attached and has easy access to and from the hotel.”

“I needed temporary housing and stayed at this hotel and loved it! The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the customer service was outstanding! My son especially loved the fitness center. Lol. I live nearby in Laurel, so I was already familiar with the area, but the location is perfect! Somewhat secluded, but surrounded by tons of dining options and a Harris Teeter, and close to major commuter routes. The only negative is I wish it had a true business center. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this extended stay hotel!”

“My son & I stayed here as he was visiting friends & I joined him for company while he travelled to America. The suites were fabulous, large & airy with everything we needed. The reception staff were very friendly. We weren't driving, however, & it's a bit out of the way. You definitely need a car. Once I got the hang of Uber, it was ok. There's no restaurant or bar & I had imagined going there & chatting to people while I was on my own & my son was with his friends. There's nowhere to sit outside in the sun except a covered BBQ area. This is maybe common in the USA, but it isn't what I had envisaged before I went. All in all, though, I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were large & well equipped. I probably would go again with family, but hire a car this time. It's central to Washington & a lot of places where you can travel to quite quickly.

Rooms: The rooms were large & well equipped

Safety: I felt totally safe here as I was mostly on my own as my son was back & forward visiting friends.”

“Amazing service and location with great rooms for business or families with pets. Stayed for the Annapolis Sailboat Show with our Boston Terrier and had a wonderful experience with the staff. The bed was perfect as was the bathroom. The parking lot is well laid out with handicapped access. Breakfast is available as well as a nice bar and pool facilities. There were several groups using the hotel as home base and it never seemed crowded.

Highway access was very easy as well as the local Arundel mall which provided many food and coffee options.

Highly recommended

Rooms: Well appointed and functional rooms that were very quiet. Cleaning crew was efficient and friendly. Highly recommended

Nearby activities: The Arundel Mall provides live entertainment as well as many dining and shopping options. This made dinner choices easy and convenient

Walkability: Large campus for walking your dog with all the necessary cleanup stations for their walkabout "business." Surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area.”

“My second stay here. Very friendly staff. Very nice, clean rooms. Warm breakfast every morning. I've stayed here a total of two weeks and would always stay here when my company sends me up for training at a local trade school.

Nearby activities: Lot's of shopping and dining in walking distance.

Walkability: Pretty safe but, be careful crossing the street at night.

Food and drinks: Almost anything you could ask for...”

“Read the reviews as I was heading to this place and had some concerns for how bad it might be. Turns out such concerns were unwarranted.Clean, spacious room, including a shower far cleaner than my own. The noise from outside has been minimal for two nights (Friday and Saturday when I assume they would be the worst). Easy walking to a large grocery store, restaurants, and a big liquor store (very friendly staff). The room smelled fine, the towels were fine, the heater was simple to adjust.Yes, there's bullet-proof glass at the window where a staff member quickly confirmed my reservation. Yes, I only got one key. No, this did not make me worried about my safety. Do you feel unsafe when you go to a bank and the same glass exists?I have never written a review for an inn like this, but this place deserves better recommendations, at least from my experience. Far better than other budget places I've stayed, and I'd definitely come back. Not because it's amazing, but because for the price, it's incredibly good. Hope your experience is a good one too.”

“The staff here was friendly and welcoming. I even got to exchange some witty banter (which I personally appreciate and may not be for everyone). This was an easy drive to most places I needed to go and there was plenty of restaurants near by. My only complaint is the bed being firmer than I would have preferred but it is what it is.”

“Love the location of this hotel and the shuttle service! Carol is always such a joy. If it wasn’t for all the awesome shuttle drivers I would not come here regularly. The front desk staff this time around as a whole were rude and short in every interaction I had especially the lady with the long braids.”

“So I had never been to Arundel before, and it's sort of in the middle of nowhere. So you would think this hotel would be a middle of nowhere establishment, but it feels like it could be in Los Angeles or New York City. It's clean, cool, peppy, engaging. I really loved this hotel.”

“This hotel has was an unexpected gem. We initially stop to get some car repairs and had to stay a little longer than expected. The front desk guys are great, staff is very friendly, and when I say they clean this hotel everyday it’s super clean!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a comfortable place in Jessup. Oh and the area is very quiet and peaceful.Nearby activities: The Peruvian spot up the street is amazing!”

“Clean facility. Courteous staff. "Bag breakfast" replaces the breakfast bar doe to COVID but you still get a breakfast. My room was showing a little wear but was still clean. Multiple chips in the tub through the finish, uphosltery spit on the desk chair”

“We stayed here to attend a hockey tournament for our grandson.
The staff at this hotel are friendly and very helpful! The room was very roomy and pretty clean. The toilet ran, constantly, and was extremely small and low. It was, also, very loose. Not a fan!
The Mexican restaurant that is attached, is lovely! Nice bar, decent food, ok prices, and VERY attentive servers! We went there for lunch and back for drinks, later on, and had the same positive experience!
Our whole family stayed here and, for the most part, everyone was satisfied. I would stay here, again

Nearby activities: Went for a hockey tournament. This hotel was, about, 20 minutes from one of the rinks and, only, 10 minutes from the other.
Lots of restaurants and stores in the area.”

“Older motel, but clerks were friendly and accommodating. Minimal rooms were clean & fresh & served for a night. The only complaint is that the ac/heating unit is probably a boomer like me. However, they had the room warm on a chilly, rainy evening, which was appreciated.

Beds are firm, one NOT fluffy pillow per sleeper, and you'll have to ask if you require more than one light blanket.

Right around the corner is every type of convenience, coffee, food, mini mall.

For the low price, I'd stay again.

Nearby activities: Lots. Convenient to both DC and Baltimore.

Safety: Quiet, decent neighborhood

Food & drinks: Close, some deliver.”

“We had a good time overall here, for the price. The kitchenette met our needs. The staff (in particular America) were superb. We loved the locations ease of access to the 75 bus, which can transport you quickly to the Thurgood-Marshall into DC. All around nice stay, very quiet, clean. Only downside was when I slipped and fell on the ice and scraped my arm pretty bad, I had asked for a bandaid and they said they didn't have any to give. Just seems a bit weird they didn't have any first aid just in case. I understand they were under construction, though, so I'm not docking a star. A couple nitpicks: no coffee filter to make our own coffee, no sponge to wash dishes, and no bandaid when I ended up bleeding from a fall.”

“This hotel is perfect! Rooms are huge and with a small kitchen. It is a suite if you ask me. Comfortable bed, good size tv in both rooms. Living room and bedroom. Great AC.Common areas are great, too. Good gym and nice little pool. It is shared with Aloft next door, and the bar is on the aloft side. There is plenty of parking and flawless location to Baltimore Airport. They have an airport shuttle. Staff is friendly and professional and goes the extra mile for guests. Huge value hotel all around.Rooms: Huge rooms suite like setting.Noteworthy details: Complimentary shuttle to and from airport.”

“This isn’t a holiday inn any longer. It is a homeless shelter for men. It’s called the times organization and it is a absolutely wonderful place to get your life in order. They provide you with resources to get you permanently off the streets and into a forever home. This is the Mayors innovative and it is absolutely working one little bit at a time. Thank you BALTIMORE CITY for showing that you care about your homeless population”

“It was amazing!! I spent my birthday here for two days in solitude. From the arrival and encountering the front desk agent who was more than superb. Cheered my bad bday start right up. Even checked ten min later to make sure I was ok with the room ? the room was amazing with the balcony overlooking the courtyard. Whew!! ? I enjoyed myself the entire time. Over night crew was very friendly and even upon checking out, the agent made me smile while exiting. Great job guys. It’s been a min since I’ve had nothing much glowing reviews from a hotel. Def returning!Rooms: Perfect size for a couple. Loved the couchNoteworthy details: That balcony And view!! ?”

“I stayed here for only one night and it was great for the price I paid. I didn’t expect a luxury hotel, but the room was a little better than what I expected. The area I got was quiet, and everything was clean and working except one light and the headboard. The headboard fell off the wall. Other than that, it was good I’d probably stay again if I needed to.”

“This is an older hotel that has been remodeled. I stayed on the main floor, thankfully because there is no elevator. There were some scuff marks on the walls in a couple of places, but nothing significant. The bedding was nice, and the room was clean. The room had a nice size refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was small but adequate. The location is good in the sense that you are right beside the highway.Overall, I would stay again.”
