“I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! We met a salesperson named Cheryl who was the nicest, most professional, and patient salesperson I have met. She was extremely knowledgeable on the shoes. “Awesome help in this location. They were busy, but I felt valued as a customer. We were returning an online order and they were very helpful and even helped us with paying the extra penny we owed, even though I offered. Both gentlemen working were awesome team members that seemed as though they really enjoyed their jobs. I will return even though I live over an hour away!”
“The VDB store in Gambrills has the best and most helpful staff. I have BAD feet…it’s very frustrating to try to find shoes that I can comfortably wear. I tried 4 pairs of walking/running shoes before I found shoes that worked. I had to return 3 pairs of shoes. They transferred 2 different pairs from other stores. Each time they were so kind and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this store and staff. They worked with me each time I came back assisting in finding me another shoe. This is customer service at its best. Thank you! This store will be a go-to store when looking for shoes. Online shopping is great, but sometimes you need brick and mortar stores!!”

“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“The store here was awesome, The guy that helped us was very nice and helped us very helpfully in ways I couldn’t myself if I worked there, and at the end he gave us a discount for us being nice!, I’ve been skating the shoes i bought form the store and i feel already like I am such a better skater! I got the Vans half cabs witch I’ve heard very good things about the shoes. The shoes are designed perfectly for skateboarding, they have a thick insole, good material, etc and it looks very clean/nice, I’ve been using them for a week now and they still look the same exact way they did when I bought them.”

“My husband wanted to check out some shoes he could wear while he was skating. We bought the Pride mid/high tops a few weeks ago, but he said they gave him a blister on the back of his legs. He ended up buying the all black Bearcat canvas Vans which look really nice. Because the store was having a buy one pair get the second half off sale, I selected a pair of tie dye slip on shoes. The store was neatly organized and has a good selection to choose from. Not only did they have shoes available but they sold backpacks and clothing.”

“On black Friday parking was utterly insane... I'm fairly sure it's not usually like that. I was passing through the area and needed a few items that I forgot to pack. They had a great selection of items even though it was late in the day on black Friday. I got my items and headed to the check out... It was quick and painless. I purchased my items and got on the road. One of the items I purchased broke on my first time using it. I would have returned the item in store but I live fairly far from here. I contacted the store looking for my receipt that I had lost so I could contact the manufacturer directly to solve my issue. The customer service people at Bass pro were very quick to look up my name and the item proof of purchase I needed. They emailed me proof of my purchase very quickly and we're eager to help if I needed anything else. Really great customer service!”
