“I've had my share of body work done over the years and really have had no luck. I have a fine eye for detail and have always noticed over spray and orange peel paint. I recently took my truck to Purnell for a full right-side body/paint repair, and it looks perfect. Phil was an outstanding gentleman to work with, and the customer service was excellent. I hope I never have to come back but if I do...I am contacting Purnell.”

“Can't say enough good things about my recent experience at Rogers. I took my Sante Fe in for some cosmetic work on the front bumper. I instantly felt at ease and knew I was in the right place. Kevin described to me everything that needed done and approximately how long it would take. They handled all the insurance information as well as the rental. I highly recommend Rogers.”

“Was in a accident over the weekend and the vehicle was towed here, Tammy was quick to respond on a Sunday, which isn’t their normal operating hours she was able to grant me access to vehicle so I can get my glasses, and a few of my child’s favorite toys. This place is beyond helpful and I wouldn’t know what to do without these kind people like this thank you again”

“Holy moly! Eric is an exceptional help!I own and operate a clinic and we are very aware of creating a great experience for patients... so I am always appreciative when I run across another company that operates in a similar fashion.Eric came highly recommended from a friend of mine and he exceeded my expectations. “One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Worked with me the entire way and never pushed hard. I also asked to do everything online via email or text. (Other dealerships said they would do that to, then proceeded to call after I specifically asked them not to.) Bought a 18 Mustang Roush Jackhammer edition. Amazing car. Dealership had everything ready to go. Dave Jolley was my salesman and he was fantastic. Kudos also to Todd the manager and Linda in Finance were great. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. Mark”

“Everyone was kind (Bill and the older woman) and answered all my questions. The only problem was scheduling online. I needed an oil change and tire rotation, for which I have a paid lifetime account. I could only schedule the oil change. Online appointments only allowed for the one service (oil change). My recourse was to tell them when I dropped my vehicle off which I am sure becomes a time management issue for the employees that work there.”

“I can say I hadn’t planned to purchase a vehicle but ours was hit head on and totaled so I didn’t have a choice. It is so hard to find vehicles right now which is super frustrating but I really feel bad for the dealerships. I can’t imagine trying to function as normal as possible and struggle to have things to sell. I was very happy with Williams from beginning to end. Our salesman Randy went the extra mile to find me what I was looking for and I really appreciate it. I know it wasn’t easy. The whole sales process was quick and easy and when we moved on to the actual purchase end Will was great. He was thorough and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you both so much for your wonderful customer service and everyone else I spoke to there was so nice. I will definitely be back when I’m shopping again. Thank you!”
