She took her time to explain what was happening and made sure I understood the care plan by answering my questions in great detail without using a lot of medical terminology. She listened to my concerns and assured me the meds she was prescribing would help with how I was feeling. Although it was busy I never felt rushed or if she wasn't listening. Many thanks for a great experience even though I felt terrible ? ??”

“These 5 stars are for Kaliek and Emily. The building itself is very small and the waiting area is crammed. The parking is awful also, but Kaliek was so patient and kind, so gentle with the needle and hit the vein the first time spot on❤ He’s there every single time I go in. He needs more help and to be able to take breaks though 🥺 I could hear his stomach growling from where I was sitting. Give this man a raise and consistent breaks! You don’t know what you have until you lose it! Emily at the front desk is also so sweet and kind! I appreciate the staff here a lot, they make the not very fun task of bloodwork a little less terrible, thank you both 🥺🫶🏼”

“I visited this location with my adult son, who has special needs, because we both required routine bloodwork. First, since we had to fast, it was nice to be able to schedule an appointment for the morning. The check-in process was simple, and we were seen on time. The technician, Larry, showed such patience and grace with my son. Having bloodwork done can be quite an ordeal for him, but Larry talked to him throughout the process and congratulated him on being brave. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience.
