Go above and beyond for their customers and greet you with a smile. Today the team helped me with a med and it just reinforced that I will always be a loyal customer.”

Workers are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are a hit or miss as to how neat and clean they are.”

Theyre not without issues, I've had a few times with them saying a script was ready and it not being so when I came to pick it up. But generally if you call ahead, insist on talking to a real person, and confirm before you come in, they'll have it ready at a reasonable time (two days is very good to fill a script.)”
“I have had nothing but positive experiences with Northside Pharmacy. Lately, there must be new employees, who are not up to par and still learning the system, but I've been told that I've already picked up and signed for my prescriptions and I've gone crazy looking for them, knowing that I never picked them up. Then get a phone call saying that they found them. I do have to mention one particular employee who always gets it right and is a asset to the pharmacy, KeKe (sp). You rock girl!! Thank you!!!!”
