I called this Budget location and they were able to get me an upgraded SUV for a lower price than Enterprise and had it ready for pick up in two hours! “Best customer service experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Frankly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had period. Rahman went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to help me and my family switch to a larger car. We got a car at BWI (after waiting for 2.5 hours) on the 4th and it just didn’t have enough trunk space - everyone except for the driver was sitting with bags on their laps! I came into the Ellicot City branch on the 5th to see about switching, but bc of the holiday weekend inventory was really limited. Rahman gave me his direct line and promised that if I came back on Monday he’d have something bigger for me. Without fail, we showed up and were moved into a bigger car within 20 minutes of arriving (plus all paperwork). I saw one local come in and another call while I was there, and he was amazing with them too. Clearly a beloved guy and excellently office. Would absolutely rent from here again. This place redeemed my Budget rental experience. I’d give 10 stars if I could, and much of that has to do with the staff. THANK YOU RAHMAN!”
