“If you are looking for more than just a good workout this is the place to be . This is a community of people who care not only about getting you in shape and healthy but they treat you like family. I began working out here because a friend recommended it and I knew I was getting older . Since starting 6 years ago I am happy to say I got so much more than just a physical workout . I could not have survived the pandemic without the daily workouts which also provided me with some much needed stress relief . Through the patience of the trainers and the encouragement of the friends I have made I have learned how to have a consistent workout routine that pushes me and helps me maintain both my strength and sanity. I have also learned a lot about nutrition and overall wellness and now have maintained a 15 pound weight loss . I feel lucky to have found such a great group of people and made such great friends ,”
