“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make."”
“Having come from the Glen Burnie office where staff is consistently rude, condescending, and insulting to customers, this post office is like stepping into a whole new world. Everyone is kind, friendly, answers your questions with patience and kindness, and corrects you with respect and actually helpful advice when education is needed. Other offices should get some training from these folks on how to treat customers with respect. If other post offices have burned you, give this office a try!”

“I have experienced some ineffective/rude staff here in the past so began driving out of my way to go to the Simpsonville PO instead (they're awesome). In the last year I've come back and discovered that Nick is great at his job. When he is behind the counter, I know things will go smoothly. Kudos for bringing me back to my local PO.”
“I have been frequenting this office for about a year now the guy and ladies are always great.
I've seen some of the other customers interactions with the workers that are assisting them, most are quite friendly but there a few that come in and create a scene, or throw tantrums/hissy fits. Following instructions go a long way and loosing your cool doesn't help make matters better.”

“This post office (likely many others) get the hate because people typically review after bad results. I get that, annoying experieces stink.
However most don't bother with compliments as good service is overlooked. Today, I needed a critical certified letter, late for delivery. The teller was very helpful and found my letter. So Iam happy to give the Ellamont post office some love ?”

My husband and I visited this post office for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Despite there being only one clerk on duty, Mr. Timothy was incredibly kind, efficient, and clear throughout the entire process.
The post office itself was spacious, very clean, and well-organized — everything was neat with no clutter in sight. Mr. Timothy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. He kindly double-checked our forms, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood the next steps to ensure a smooth process.
His professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out, and we left feeling grateful for such a positive experience. We really appreciated his time and care, and I just had to leave a review to recognize his outstanding service!”

It's a small post office- has a decent number of PO boxes but limited supplies of you need to package your goods on site.”

I made a mistake and mistyped my address on the shipping address. However, i still received my packages , i wrote a letter to the carrier to make them aware . “We had were blessed with amazing support and service from Tammy, who took us in after a horrible experience being cancelled at Pikesville for our passport appointment. Tammy was working alone with a full line of customers. She kept everyone in good spirits and move quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to everyone who waited patiently for us to complete our application.Pikesville post office Olivia cancelled us 30 minutes ahead of our appointment. We arrived on time, hadn’t heard the voicemail.There were 4 people in line and 2 postal workers. And she sent us to security where they have walk in passports service. They do this regularly as we have been finding out. The people at security should not have to pick up slack for the laziness of the Pikesville postal workers. Unacceptable!!”

“Unlike others who reviewed this post office, I haven't had any problems with the clerks at the counter. This place resembles your standard post 📫 office (see picture). It has various mailboxes 📬 for rent (see picture 📸). They sell various shipping supplies (boxes, tape) in the main lobby as well as gift 🎁 cards (see picture 📸). 1 thing I do appreciate here is the outside mail dropbox (see picture) that you can drive 🚗 up to and mail your stamped letters ✉. No need to get out of the car to mail them. Overall, I think it's an ok 👍 post office though 🤔 I don't deal with them much as I don't live on Fort Meade.”

“I always have a great time when I go to this USPS. They are always polite and helpful when I have questions. But I was especially thankful to one of the ladies who worked there who helped me with the passport application process, who explained the process and pointed out things that could've become potential issues. I corrected those mistakes, and received my passport renewal within a couple of weeks. I sadly did not catch her name but I am very thankful for her help.”

“I had an amazing experience at this US Postal location. I read reviews prior to arriving and was hesitant as they had pretty low reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I had such a wonderful experience. I had my passport appointment @ 1:00PM. At 1:00PM I was seen and completed my appointment. Mr. Brooks provided exceptional customer service and processed my application in a timely fashion. He was so knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this location.”
