I was able to have a fit assessment done on the spot and try a few shoes on in person. I was helped by Milan who was very patient and helpful in answering my questions. “If wasn't for a school event, I would never come across this running shoes store. Such a cute shop, they have all the essentials you need for your track runners. And the shop is very clean. They have a treadmill on site for customers to try out with new shoes. Family own, friendly service. They have another location in Skyesville. Price is comparable and you can get points from becoming a member. They also offer military, educator, and first responder discount Shop local , & let's support our local businesses! @winedinenvacay”
“It's my favorite place to go to for outdoor supplies. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and up to par. My kids love the large aquarium and being able to play the hunting game offered. Very family friendly and your able to enter to the adrunel mills mall.”

“On black Friday parking was utterly insane... I'm fairly sure it's not usually like that. I was passing through the area and needed a few items that I forgot to pack. They had a great selection of items even though it was late in the day on black Friday. I got my items and headed to the check out... It was quick and painless. I purchased my items and got on the road. One of the items I purchased broke on my first time using it. I would have returned the item in store but I live fairly far from here. I contacted the store looking for my receipt that I had lost so I could contact the manufacturer directly to solve my issue. The customer service people at Bass pro were very quick to look up my name and the item proof of purchase I needed. They emailed me proof of my purchase very quickly and we're eager to help if I needed anything else. Really great customer service!”
“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“I have had nothing but great experiences at this store over the many years that I've been shopping here. With that said, Tavis somehow went above and beyond all of those experiences this weekend. I felt so awful asking him repeatedly to go hunting for a specific pair of shoes that I wanted but he did it without even an inkling of frustration. When it turned out that they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, he went hunting for it as different stores until they were found. While we waited, we chatted about how much he enjoyed working at Merrell's Outlet Store and how they treated their employees well. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with and I will be looking for him the next time I swing through. Oh yeah...their Jungle Mocs are literally the world's most comfortable shoe and the sales they have on apparel are amazing!”

“I went to this store because they had the size shoe I wanted on CHRISTMAS EVE!! I made my purchase in a different store with very pleasant staff; however, the store was crowded and cramped. Also, they didn't have the size I needed ??. I drove several miles to the Mondawmin location and was shocked and amazed??. The greeter at the door and how she could help me and immediately called for my order. I was still in shopping mode, so I asked for another associate to look for several other pairs of shoes. While waiting an associate brought my purchase to me.Long story short, because there were several other AMAZING examples of phenomenal customer service, THIS LOCATION IS PHENOMENAL. I spoke with the manager about the experience and she was pleased to hear the positive feedback. I'll shop here WITHOUT a doubt again ”

“The VDB store in Gambrills has the best and most helpful staff. I have BAD feet…it’s very frustrating to try to find shoes that I can comfortably wear. I tried 4 pairs of walking/running shoes before I found shoes that worked. I had to return 3 pairs of shoes. They transferred 2 different pairs from other stores. Each time they were so kind and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this store and staff. They worked with me each time I came back assisting in finding me another shoe. This is customer service at its best. Thank you! This store will be a go-to store when looking for shoes. Online shopping is great, but sometimes you need brick and mortar stores!!”
