They are tending to well over 100 other properties. Elida has worked with me on any concerns and has gone through and addressed them all. This neighborhood has growing potential.”

“Read a lot of reviews before deciding on this apt , and tbh the walkthrough of the apt and speaking to the leasing agent put me at ease; I’ve been here 3 months and so far I can’t complain I had very few small issues and maintenance was prompt and fixed each problem in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this to anyone especially for the price in this area.”
“I love my new home,great community...?The agents in the office were amazing and worked on things fast and they stayed in communication the entire application process,later after moving in the head of maintenance introduced himself after noticing we were all moved in and asked was everything ok, shortly after the snow storm came and I was amazed how fast maintenance had things cleaned and operable I didn't miss any work, I look forward to living here a long time,it's clean, quite, I get a sense of community, and the agents are so helpful, I love seeing the deers,fox and squirrels running around in the am while warming my car for work it starts for a pleasant day....I'm very satisfied with my choice to move there...good living and the price is right”
“My boyfriend and I were literally facing homelessness with our 2 year old daughter due to a different leasing office screwing us over out of our move in date. However , when we found kings mill apartments they took us in with open arms and got us approved & moved in the same day! I can’t show my appreciation enough for this place. When we moved in we noticed a few minor things that needed to be repaired. Maintenance came out the same day and repaired everything!
I seen a TON of reviews saying they’re infested with mice & roaches so we were super nervous upon what we were getting ourselves into but we haven’t even seen a fly yet . Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away from giving them a shot. Our neighbors are friendly and the office staff is super helpful !
