“Hi, Buddy made my Westminster MD STORAGE RENTAL process smooth and thorough. He called direct after I made an onlinereservation and coordinated our meeting time that day. Hes VERY knowledgeable, dedicated and enjoys his work. And he passes that on, with honestly, to customers A great guy to talk and work with. The Property is Comfortable, Clean, feels secure. UNITS and building also clean and well lit on inside.
Two Concerns: ONE: there are not enough flatbeds! Had to drive and walk back to the office to get one. Could find NONE in the building on a slow day. I believe only 5-8 are in four large buildings at any given time. TWO: I forgot to ask about RENT INCREASES. Am reading here that rents kept going up FAST. Not Cool I will move if they do.”

“I had a problem with my credit card and my payment to Public Storage was declined. Called and spoke to Debbie and she was a doll. She straightened out my account and showed me how to change the credit card and resolved my problem 123 for me.
She is the best and a asset to Public Storage”
“Easy Movers did a phenomenal job! They were very careful with all the furniture, no dents in any walls or anything. They took the time to put the beds in plastic and wrap up other necessary items. Highly recommend them for your move!”

I am not the most computer savvy person. Public storage has an app that you can use to take care of everything related to your storage unit. Mr. Roosevelt is fined tune in the workings of the app and is an excellent teacher. He is patient and kind. Mr. Roosevelt Thankyou for helping me. I had no idea I could pay my bill without coming to the office.

“Prime storage was a great place to store our belongings while looking for a house. Great easy access, clean and dry and affordable. It only took us 4 years to empty our storage but well worth it there. Extremely accessible in Eldersburg. Great service from Lois. She provided great service, was very appreciative and helpful. If we ever need storage again we will be sure to come back.”
“First off, shout out to Buddy and Hannah for helping me out.I currently rent a unit here and I went looking for packing boxes. They were innocuously closed during posted business hours. I waited at the door for a few minutes after calling the suggested numbers for help. Neither number led to a person nor gave information as to when staff would return to the counter. I stayed a moment longer and was greeted by an unlocking door. A staff member emerged and informed me that they were on a mandatory lunch. I thanked them for inviting me in. We chatted for a moment and I purchased what I came for. Had I not been greeted by staff I would certainly have taken my money to another establishment. Both staff were very helpful and willing to take time from their lunch to make a sale. Highly intelligent individuals who seem to understand how a profitable business functions. This storage facility genuinely deserves recognition. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. Dominic (the manager) was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with any questions I had—no pressure, no upselling, just solid customer service.
The unit itself was spotless when I moved in. Climate control actually worked (which is rare in this industry), and I noticed regular patrols and cameras, which gave me peace of mind that my items were safe. They even had carts and elevators that actually functioned properly—a small thing, but a big deal when you’re lugging around furniture or boxes.
Access hours were convenient, billing was straightforward, and I appreciated the auto-pay option. Prices were competitive for the area, and I never once felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed with surprise fees.
