“The business owners are lovely people! We used them for an Amazon pickup service and we were running late and they couldn’t have been more hospitable and amazing. They saved our butts! Thank you again!”

“Hot Topic always has the nicest employees, and the Harford Mall location is no exception. You always get great customer service and the employees are always so friendly. We were helped multiple times by Leone tonight while last minute shipping for a birthday gift, and she was fantastic and helped us make sure we were taking advantage of all the great sales and promotions they had going on. Thanks, Leone, you're the best!”
“love this Kohl's store!
customer service is absolutely a pleasure to work with and always prompt and friendly! returns are a breeze here and love love love that they accept and take ALL AMAZON RETURNS! they even box up your items for you and package everything, u just bring your unused items you are returning, Kohl's does the rest!

“It was okay, very small selection of clothing just due to store size but I found something that would work for what I needed. The help is kind of scarce which has nothing to do with the help and more about corporations. But there was a woman wandering around in there, a very young woman, walking up to people and offering to pray for them. She should have been stopped. I informed her I was a very happy atheist and not currently having a super being tell me to kill other people in their name.”
“Diane and her team were fantastic! They were helpful when findings sizes and styles. Made great recommendations for my children's back to school shoe selections! Reminded me that they carry replacement laces! They even let me know there was a coupon in my rewards! We will definitely be back!”
