“The staff at the Alexandria Ferry location are always so very kind and efficient when we rent there. We've had an occasion when there was an issue with the notification bell in the car being stuck and they were prompt about getting another vehicle for us. Our most recent rental in March '24 was again, a pleasant experience and one of the staff gave my husband a ride back to our home when the car was turned in. There have never been long waits when we have come there to pick up our rental. I highly recommend them!”

“Nothing less than FIVE STAR treatment. I was traveling with two car seats, stroller and three children and not to mention wheelchair assistance ?. Torrence and Robin were on it. I called from the train and he heard the stress in my voice and moved into action and met me in the rain to assist me . He made sure I was well pleased with the vehicle and gave me the reassurance that his team would be there to assist me when I return. They were and this is the best form of leadership and customer service at its best. Robin called and followed up with an emailed to make sure if I needed anything she was there to assist. From the manager all the way to the parking attendant who drove and dropped us off at the curb ask were very polite, professional and concern with my needs. This manner of service was sincere and very much appreciated. This Reagan DC rental department did an amazing, excellent and attentive service to customers that they should be the model for all. I was in a situation where I needed a black truck for my fathers funeral service and first & foremost Rowe and Presley took great empathy to the reason I needed it then work quickly to find not only a beautiful 2022 Chevy Tahoe but at a great rate ! They consistently checked on me throughout my time of me using the vehicle to simply let me know they were around if I needed any assistance! The vehicle was clean, convenient and stylish for my use! “I've used this location several times for rentals when my family comes in to town. -Usually a quick an easy process and reasonable prices. The staff is in and out so it is a bit challenging when you come sometimes , but there is usually a phone number on the door for help overall - good experience. Kids loved our jeep this time around.”
