I had a concern about a package that kept being delayed so I stopped by this location just to ask a question about it and one of the employees named Neyda assisted the best she could and just her taking the time to hear my concern eased my mind and let me know the package should be there soon and explained the process of how sometimes things happen at the package facility or the drivers. Later that day my package did arrive like she assured me and i even had to call back to just thank her for the listening ear and great customer service.”
“The customer service here is outstanding!! The employees at this location always make eye contact and greet customers (especially if they are not busy with other customers) upon entry. They work efficiently and don't act as if I'm bothering them by entering the store. I go out of my way sometimes just to patronize this location because of the service.”
“The staff at Digi Quick Print were quick, friendly and affordable. I had a last minute idea to make an Octoberfest style party favor for my guests and DigiQP was happy to help me out. They were easy to communicate with, and were able to find the best material/paper to use for a glass label. The quality of the print and sticker was way better than what I was imagining I would get. It was even ready much sooner than I expected. I highly recommend you skip Kinkos or Staples and come here for your printing needs!”

“Excellent service and overall experience at this store. I needed some documents printed after my at home printer died. Michael helped walk me through the self service kiosk (no logging into my email on a public device or anything required), got all my document printed for $0.22 a piece. I feel I got a level of customer service I am not used to in the DMV, I will return to this location if I need any office supplies in the future.”

“Normally a smooth sailing transaction but nobody's perfect, and sometimes slip-ups happen. I ordered a bunch of 24" x 36" and 11" x 17" prints. They were delivered promptly that afternoon, however, I noticed one set of the 24" x 36" was incomplete. I called them up about this and the shop sounded surprised that it was missing but they promised to print and deliver to me today. Fingers crossed. REJOINDER: prints were delivered the next day which was still okay.”

“The three employees working at #4832 on 8/2 at 1:50pm were awesome. I came into the store with two skateboards, which are unusual sizes and depths, ie not really a traditional thing to ship, and they figured out what box would be best and then how we could cut it a little bit to make sure that it fit, and that I wasn’t paying extra for no reason. The female employee proposed using a golf club box instead of one for fine art, and it worked PERFECTLY! These kids - and I say that out of respect because younger employees get a lot of flak these days - went above and boyond in their customer service and should be recognized for setting a new standard.”

Went into the UPS store to return products from AT&T did not feel very confident about the return process, walk to the counter, a young lady name Paris seemed full of confidents ask how she could help me? I pulled out all my paperwork that I had prepared upon coming to the store. With her Calm demeanor, , she exclaimed, I would not need all the paperwork… She was so calm and professional. I decided to step back and see what she could do… in less than three minutes, she had unpacked my perfectly packed wrapped box, which took me more than an hour to do. Scan the product , and said that was it. Very nice job and customer service, Paris?! I could’ve gotten upset. But within that short period of time, she gave me my receipt and she was done… I looked at my receipt. Everything seem to be in order… so I told Paris thank you very much for your help and have a good day. An I was on my way?! Can’t make this up… Had a couple of errands to run, got home by the time I check my emails. AT&T send me a email, said that they received my return!? goes to show you what can happen if we just step out of our way sometimes! Excellent job Paris and thank you very very much…?????UPS keep her?”
“I have been using this UPS Store for at least 15 years. The staff are always professional, helpful and kind. I first started using them to have documents notarized after our father passed away. They answered any questions we had and were very kind during that extremely difficult time in our lives. They never make me feel silly for not being familiar with their services and machines. This summer, Angel has always been the person who waited on me. She is always knowledgeable and helpful. She and the rest of the staff do not lose sight of the fact that their customers are using their services because they may have experienced life changing events, such as moving, job search, births, deaths and therefore they are a great resource for our community.”

“May 2022 - I was referred to ASAP Printing by Staples in Potomac Yard and I'm so grateful that they did. I was 5 days out from my wedding and I was unable to print the escort cards on my home computer. I emailed ASAP and they quickly said that they could do it - my escort cards were completed on Thursday (order sent on Tuesday) and they were perfect. The cost was even better than what I had looked at with different online printing vendors. I will definitely consider ASAP for future needs and am grateful that they gave me the piece of mind that I needed during a very busy week. Thank you!”
