I was a little nervous going in since I haven’t had to ship anything before, but they were amazing and so helpful. Sam helped me incredibly, her customer service was amazing. She was very polite and professional. I feel better knowing that if and when I need a package shipped I know the store to pick.

I visited the ups store in Del Ray today and was helped by Cindy and provided the best customer service! She was very helpful and explained everything very well and I also appreciated them opening on time since I had to be at work myself on time! It’s always nice to be treated and helped so early in the morning!!!
