“I came into Sheetz tonight for a quick snack after traveling all day, and the staff here might have provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I think the server’s name was Dan, but whoever you were, please don’t ever stop being as upbeat, considerate, and generous as you were. Most retail workers have every right and reason to be upset and want to go home on holidays like today, but you were extremely happy to be there, and that made my day.”

“Love this place it's a quick place to get gas it's also a quick place to get your cigarettes some groceries they sell soda ice cream chips and beer The only thing they don't sell the cigars they also have a little printing thing in the back or you can have anything printed on a shirt printing on a drop ceiling tile they print on anything for that matter so I would highly recommend this place to anybody that needs gas or need some groceries Yes their prices may be a little high but they're not bad at all The staff are so great here Love this place”

Earlier this evening the associate went above and beyond to ensure our Christmas Eve dinner (which we picked up on the way home from church service) was prepared with care. Of course, their signature fried chicken was suburb. I highly recommend this business!”
“My husband and I love to go to this location for coffee. It's very convenient and all the staff is very pleasant. Recently, I've noticed that the coffee containers are not getting cleaned as frequent, which affects the taste of the coffee. Please don't slack on the cleanliness. “This is my favorite RF! They’re always friendly, professional, and ready to take care do their customers. As I was pulling up to get gas Sun 7/6, I saw the power flash off and then come back on. I had just started authorizating the transaction when the system when down. The MOD Julie came out to the pumps and informed the customers getting gas what happened, directed them to place nozzles back in the holder and she would reset the pumps. Once she did that, she came back out to ensure they were working. That’s service and acknowledging the customers needs. Well done!”

“We have a lot of gas stations in Frederick but this is my favorite. Best gas prices in my neighborhood and the folks are always super friendly when I go in there. They also have two air pumps and the air is free.”

“Go there just for chicken and have a couple comments on that. 5/6 times it's great but that last time it's dried out. If they are not busy it sits too long - they should toss it after a while. And hard to tell from just looking. I usually find out on the way home while I'm stealing a bite and then don't feel like going back and doing what / waiting for a new batch? A refund from the receipt that I threw in the trash on my way out the door?Also why in the heck after spending $20 on chicken do they charge you .79 for a tiny tub of sauce? Who else charges for condiments?”

“Delivered on 8/13/25. Unloaded within 30 mins. Took off a star due to no rest room or porta potty. Overnight available for 1 truck but space is tight to park for overnight. Space is also tight for backing into docks. It’s a gated facility as well. Picture is 1 set of docks but they have another set of docks at the back of facility and space is tight to back into docks specially if you have a sleeper, like I did.”

“On first name basis with ALL the employees!! We live VERY close so we get coffee in the morning most days, great if you're in a rush n just need to grab a drink and a snack, or if u forgot something at the store or maybe missing an ingredient?! The new owners are great! And very accommodating I luv the blueberry coffee!! But they stop making it after a certain time... So they will just sell me a bag of the grounds and I can make my own for a day or two at home!! Thank you everyone for your help and time!!”
