We contacted the company they figured out what I needed and sent a replacement at no cost. They contacted us to make sure we had the right ones sent. In a day where we have to deal with computer help, we appreciated the personalized service. They stand behind their Product. We are very happy with the look and the durability of the Cushion covers.

The whole service was 19 dollars, and because I had petsmart points, I paid $10 less. My dog is big, extremely anxious and sensitive and they did amazing with her. Definitely recommend for those pet parents that are done with the battle of trimming their dog’s nails.

The cashiers were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was how hot and humid it was in the store. It made for an uncomfortable shopping experience.

I was able to bring him over and he was seen almost immediately. I was reassured by the staff during the waiting period and Macaroni was checked on by Dr. Fedje in about an hour, which was more than reasonable for how busy it was.
As other comments have mentioned, the prices are more than fair for emergency services for your pet.
I am honestly relieved to have found their office when I did.

Edit to say we've now had an extensive procedure done and I had complete confidence in the provider/team taking care of my girl. They answered any and all questions I had and checked on us periodically after her procedure to make sure she was okay. Their compassion and expertise really shines in everything they do!

7421 Grove Road, FrederickI honestly can’t say enough good things about Frederick Veterinary Center. I was a brand-new patient and they were able to get my injured dog in the same day. From the beginning, the treatment was extremely conservative and I never once felt pressured into tests, services, or spending money unnecessarily.
Dr. Hooman Pooya was absolutely wonderful. He took so much time explaining everything to me—not just what was going on with my injured dog, but why flea, tick, and heartworm prevention is so important in Maryland, the importance of the leptospirosis vaccine and how it can even spread to humans, and the different prevention options at different price points. He even took the time to talk through options for getting my other dog, who is extremely fearful and skittish, into the office safely and with as little stress as possible.
I was actually hesitant to come here at first because there were SO many good reviews, and now I completely understand why. I’m almost hesitant to leave another one because I kind of want to keep this place to myself! I was genuinely blown away by the entire experience and will 100% be bringing my dogs here from now on.

Although we didn’t get the news we wanted, they worked with us, made him and us feel comfortable, we’re honest and up front/helped figure out how to make choices moving forward financially and for Reed’s care. We had to sadly put him down today, but the staff are wonderful and made us comfortable during the process. I highly recommend their office for your pet’s needs?

But if you want a deeply passionate, educational, and delicious culinary experience, this place is a masterclass. The space is intimate (5 tables and a counter), which allows the incredibly engaging family to truly connect with you. The owner took the time to answer all our questions about the specialized flour and the pasta-making machinery, making the meal feel like a private chef’s table. Yes, the billing structure mimics a traditional European style (fees for bottled water/bread and a mandatory 20% service charge), but the level of care, exceptional hospitality, and quality of the food make it completely justified. It’s an absolute hidden gem.
We had the bread (yes, get it,) lasagna, chicken Milanese, lobster and crab ravioli and a custom build your own pasta dish of Alfredo chicken and fettuccine. The owner brought my son some extra marinara to add to Alfredo for a Rosa sauce about half way through our meal to kick it up a notch. Everything was amazing and generous portions.
There is no alcohol so be aware of that if it matters to you. The other diners meals all looked amazing and can’t wait to go back and try more of the dishes.

Todd was so nice when we walked in and asked for a tour, even though they're normally not offered on weekdays, and made us feel so welcome. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process and all of the spirits we tried, and was so fun with sharing stories and making the whole experience interactive and engaging.

We’ve hosted our corporate holiday party there for three consecutive years, and Carly and her team are always wonderful to work with. It’s such a turnkey venue, with so many great vendors to choose from. We’ve done traditional catering and a wood-fired pizza truck, and both were fantastic. During the holidays the space is tastefully decorated, so we didn’t even need to bring in our own decor. The topper is the staff. The Attaboy staff is always so upbeat, friendly, and fun!

Prospect Point Brewing

We had a wonderful time and cannot thank the brewery enough for working with us to help us have a tented space, taps open under the tent, and allowing us to come early for set up of tables, decorations, and catering. The only concern we had leading up to the day was with communicating with ownership to get a signed contract for the event. This process took a long time unfortunately, but hopefully as they have more events that process will smooth out. The staff at Prospect were amazing especially Mikayla and Holly! They answered many questions and helped ensure the tents and venue were ready for our large party! The beer was great and the area is wonderful for a large party!
