It makes bathing my dog way easier and they provide everything you need. In addition, they carry a wide range of healthy treats/chews and dog food. The quality of their products really shows how much they care about your pets’ health. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable about their products, which is a huge bonus.

3540 Worthington Blvd, FrederickI have been with Compassion since we adopted our first dog , Ginger, 10 years ago. Since then, we adopted a 2nd, Millie, who vibed like a chill old drunken sailor. There have been many calls/texts, sick visits, medications, and consultations within that time and I can honestly say every single contact has been nothing but top notch expertise and family friendly service from everyone there.
We had to put Millie down this past November, and as expected the staff were so kind, gentle and accommodating.

Although we didn’t get the news we wanted, they worked with us, made him and us feel comfortable, we’re honest and up front/helped figure out how to make choices moving forward financially and for Reed’s care. We had to sadly put him down today, but the staff are wonderful and made us comfortable during the process. I highly recommend their office for your pet’s needs?

25 Thomas Johnson Dr, FrederickNot sure about some of these crappy reviews but I'm the real deal, a local resident of Frederick who didn't worry about price shopping for my sick pet. I called Yellow Springs last Friday morning after being in the ER the night before, Dr K called me back promptly and advised me to come in ASAP. Daisy was there all day, catheterized, given IV fluids and blood work, and diagnosed with pancreatitis. The entire staff stayed late, helped carry my 75 pound dog to my car, and Dr K called the vet at the hospital, sent records and helped navigate my dogs admission. They didn't do all of this for free, but they were efficient, compassionate and quick to help in my time of vet emergency. My sweet girl Daisy is now at home and doing great. Thank you to the entire staff for your help.

We had a number of consultations, but nothing felt quite right until we met with Sit Means Sit. We were connected with our trainer, Marty, and right at hello we knew he was the best match for all three of us! Marty not only gave Savannah (Pittie mix) the tools and confidence needed to support her transition into our home and community, but he gave my wife and I such great guidance and education from week to week and was a wonderful listening ear when it came to our challenges and concerns.
Curious about the commute? Our drive to Sit Means Sit Frederick is typically an hour and 20 minutes one way on a good day and it was WORTH EVERY MOMENT in DMV traffic! To have Savannah go into their building excitedly each week, to watch her connection with Marty blossom, and to have her be welcomed by the amazing staff will have us returning weekly for group classes, the day program, and grooming services! We found not just a training program here, but a support system! Don’t hesitate to expand your pup’s village here!

Paul is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He used positive reinforcement to build confidence and teach Creed “office manners”. Paul also, taught me how to communicate with Creed. Creekside Canine Training was the best choice I made for Creed. He comes to work with me everyday and with Paul’s training, has become an excellent office dog.

We took our dogs here to be bathed and were absolutely satisfied with the outcome. Our GSD’s were handled properly and we got genuine feedback upon departure. I can only speak for the bathing department as of right now, but I got to see the daycare cams on the TV in the lobby and they looked well organized and well managed. The dogs were having fun and weren’t overwhelmed. When I walked in the lobby, it smelled pleasant, and you wouldn’t even think it was a dog facility. I think (Nicole?) bathed our dogs, and she was very professional, informational and friendly. We will absolutely be back!

The first kennel turned us down (reason unimportant), but ultimately fortuitous. Diamond Dog Resort of Frederick was a godsend. We specifically asked for no contact with other dogs. Josh, Diamond’s manager honored that request. The grounds are absolutely fabulous for a kennel with cows, chickens, goats, as well as kennels. Knowing how anxious we were, he gave us constant updates, every day. What a relief to have no canine worries while we were away. The cost for boarding was incredibly reasonable. With such personal attention and a very happy puppy, I will not hesitate to use Diamond again. I’ve been told it’s really difficult to find the ideal kennel. Well we found it and will recommend to anyone searching for the perfect home away from home.

Their webcams not only lets me watch my dog play throughout the day, it also lets me see how the staff handles all the dogs. The staff are very nice, they pet and play with the dogs, and most importantly, they are well trained in quickly identifying and separating dogs that aren’t playing nicely. They really care about safety; If a dog repeatedly tries to bite or hurt other dogs, that dog is kicked out of their program. My dog has never had a bite or injury in the 2+ years of attendance. Their boarding and bath services are nice as well.

She was also happy to find spring rolls wrapped in rice paper. Everything was delicious, with generous portions. Next time we’re in the area, we’d definitely stop again.
