We've recommended them to numerous friends, and will continue to do so every chance we get. Their vets and staff are knowledgeable and empathetic, they routinely make time for us whenever we've had an emergency, and their rates are absolutely reasonable.
Today we went through the process of putting our 17 year old dachshund to sleep. While in no way was that an experience I want to ever repeat, I cannot describe how wonderful everyone at Germantown was. I could go on and on about them, but the bottom line is that they care and are amazing at what they do, and my wife and I are just so glad they were there for us today just like they have been every day for the past half-decade.

She spent a long time getting to know me and my dog. She answered all my questions and provided me with a plan to care for my dog that fits my budget. I highly recommend this practice. This was my 1st visit and I have already scheduled the appointment for my dog's annual checkup in January.

The vets have changed since I started with this practice but the staff at LSAH has always been the best. The office manager, the front desk staff, and the techs. All amazing. So much so, that I stayed because of them. And the recent addition of Dr Walston has made me a forever customer. One of my dogs was very reactive and it would have been easy to label him difficult and annoying. But Dr. Walston approached him with such calmness and understanding, and the staff treated us with such kindness to make sure he got the care he needed with as little stress as possible. I trust them wholeheartedly with my pets.

Our dogs were content and happy, and when we returned home everything was in order. One of our dogs is much older and the other younger, and their specific needs were accommodated for. We also got tons of pictures and multiple updates daily which was fantastic! Could not ask for more!

Anyway, give their soup dumplings a try. Their ginger and scallion noodles were so good too, but I think they took it off the menu :(

I came in hoping to buy a specific cake for my girlfriend’s stepmother’s birthday, but unfortunately the last one was purchased by the couple right in front of me. I was honestly pretty disappointed.
Mayleen immediately recognized how disappointing the situation was and handled it with such kindness, empathy, and professionalism. She sincerely apologized, took the time to make me feel valued as a customer, and even went above and beyond by offering me slices of another delicious cake as a thoughtful gesture.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about a customer’s experience the way she did. While I didn’t leave with the cake I originally wanted, I left impressed by the outstanding customer service I received. Employees like Mayleen are exactly why people become loyal customers.

From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. He checked on us regularly, made great menu recommendations, and ensured our drinks and food arrived quickly.
Osmin went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, always with a positive attitude and a smile. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in his work. The food was great, but his outstanding service made our visit even more enjoyable.
If you’re dining at Señor Tequila, ask for Osmin—you won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back.
