“I went into the female restroom today and it was immaculate. I have NEVER seen the Boscovs restroom as clean as it has been in the last 4-6 weeks. I do not know if they are under new management or what is going on but it LOOKS GREAT. The whole store looks like it has gotten a makeover. The walls, escalator and lobbies look great!!”

Ms. Shahida R. always delivers and does an EXCELLENT work on my hair. If you have short hair, Shahida is your BEST hairstylist in JCP hair salon in Frederick, MD. Shahida’s been cutting my hair for about 3 years now and I follow her wherever she goes. When she left Ulta to JCP, I did not mind the longer drive because she’s that good and amazing! ? It’s hard to find a hairstylist that is good with short hair. She’s artistic and will give an honest and confident advice what’s best for your hair and overall facial features on both cut and color/highlights. On a personal note, she is so polite, very nice, and the sweetest person. And most especially, She CARES about her customers and TAKES PRIDE in her work. She will not stop until she is satisfied and happy with her work and you will leave the salon with a big smile, feeling good and beautiful…. Not to forget compliments from other clients and stylist on your way out. ??”

“I love this Target because it's clean, and stuff is organized. They are well staffed. Employees are kinda helpful and friendly. They get you in and out quickly. They don't force you to do self check out. Yall know I cringe at that. It's not my job to do your job, Target! I have 0 patience for using a register, and no I have 0 patience to wait to get the check out monitor to help. Here they have registers open at least 3!. Fitting rooms are clean, and organized. I never have to walk in and see a messing room. They do price adjustments if you see something cheaper elsewhere without giving you a hard time. They keep their parking lot clean. I rarely see carts scattered all over.”
“Clarissa, Felicia and so many others who work here are so kind and pleasant but theres one woman in particular who is a manager who is very rude. I heard her screaming at some lady today and calling this poor woman a racist! She didnt do anything to be called that. I dont think customers should be treated this way. I was taken aback and shocked. I believe she said her name was Diane or Annie? It didnt look good for everyone else in line hearing her yelling at this woman. Sadly none of the other employees tried to help the customer they just allowed her to speak to this woman any kind of way. I was embarrassed for the customer and most of all this woman who is supposed to be a manager in control of situations and able to defuse things. Instead she started a argument.
Edited review: they have good deals and thats the only reason why I keep going to this location. I am very tired of alot of the employees having attitude and giving nasty looks and being rude when all im trying to do is get my things and go. I am a kind pleasant person yet when someone is always mean and nasty no matter how kind I try to be it's very irritating to deal with. Maybe need to hire some new pleasant staff that doesnt cause issues.”
“I use my Walmart membership to order on-line for either curb-side pick up or shipping. I also order delivery at times I can't drive to the store. They bring my groceries in and are very courteous and helpful. I prefer their service to Amazon and most anything you can order from one is available at the other.”
“Absolutely the best experience ever! We drove to Frederick for the weekend get away and as faith had it we found parking right in front of this beautiful shop ! From the moment we walked in we were greeted very warmly . We bought gorgeous apricot rose floral candle and cutest faux fern , there is soooooo much to love in that shop . We will definitely come back . We also got so many amazing local recommendations - loved our whole experience there .”
“Super clean Sam's club. It is like an introverts Costco since there is much less people. I love the food court. The food prices cannot be beat! 89 cents for a slushie!!! Yes please! I definitely like the pizza better than Costco pizza. The pizza is thinner and tastier. I also got the cinnamon pretzel that I wouldn't really get again. The dough was lacking flavor and didn't really do it for me. You can specify if you want salted or cinnamon sugar pretzel. This location has Sam's club gas!”
“I was very pleased with my experience shopping for a new suit at this Macys in Frederick, MD. I was greeted by Danika, and she pointed out all of the suits and all of the sales. She said she is alone at the current time working 2 departments; so, she excused herself, and said she would come back to help me further if needed. She did come back 2 times and I was okay trying on different suit jackets. Them Nkosi was on duty in the suit department, and he was very helpful in picking out the right size, and pointing out shoes that would look the best with this ne suit.
Overall, both were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Kudos to both, and to the organization of the store having good options in my size!”

“I had to exchange a Christmas gift, three days before X-mas. Bold, I know. The parking lot was packed, the checkout lines were at times literally the whole length of the store, and the exchange line grew every minute I shopped around prior. First step in the store the young man bringing in carts stopped to let me go in-front of him, offered me one, made conversation, and wished me a happy holiday. He didn’t have to, but he did! The staff at the registers were kind and patient despite the rush. No one seemed remotely stressed, despite me being stressed for them lol. Now the exchange, there was only one young lady handling the return/exchange area and the line was growing rapidly. She was doing a lovely job might I add! Suddenly there were employees swooping in with handhelds asking if anyone had a pick up, trying to help shrink the line. Another employee, I now know as Chris, happily ran behind the second open register and immediately started helping customers. When it was my turn I had the pleasure of being helped by him and I needed to make a review. Employees make or break the company, and while I shop here frequently and will testify ALL the staff here are amazing, Chris went above and beyond to help me in every way he could and he did. He made my experience in the store better, my night better, and my holidays better. Chris is the embodiment of kindness and I’m incredibly thankful for our interaction even after 30 minutes of standing in line. This is who customers want to talk to, this is who makes customers come back. Happy Holidays to all the hard working staff!”
