My original review was 1 stars because the person I originally worked with in the store was incompetent. But since then I had the pleasure of working with the store manager who did everything in her power to make things right. She was polite, knowledgeable, and fast! (I can not stress enough how her rapidity made all the difference after spending over 6hr via messages with Verizon central customer service.)
I know retail work is hard, and training may not be the best, but I do wish everyone was as good at their job as she was! To her I give 5 stars.
I really suggest not bothering with the central customer service, they're slower than sloths and can't get anything approved, bite the bullet and go into store to get things fixed ...”

“I have found A T&T difficult to deal with on a corporate level, especially in getting my bill straight and sent to me and not to someone else. BUT I have to say that Edwin and Carlos two employees at the Olney Maryland Store were exceptionally helpful and took the time to guide me through the questions that I had and do what they could to straighten out my bill. I visited at different times and days and one both occasions that I had these two employees, I found them to be cheerful, informed, friendly, cooperative and understanding. I want to express my gratitude to them and AT&T for having such men working for you in dealing with your customers. “My phone has been acting up for the past couple of weeks the screen will go blank I'd have to continually put the charger in the phone take it out in order to see the screen my service provider at wirelessvision was my answer to getting all this corrected they are truly honest and real good at their job he could have told me I needed a new phone but instead he was honest and told me it needed a cleaning inside he did that gave me the phone and I said Thank you and he walked away he didn't even charge me 5 cents what a great person what a great company check it out you'll stick with them”
