“I had the bad luck of losing my phone at a concert and needed a replacement. Xavier at AT&T in Columbia Mall was extremely helpful in setting me up with a new iPhone 14 and made it as smooth a transition as possible from the old phone to my new phone. His customer service was unmatched and reminded me why I keep my business with AT&T. Thanks again!”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Micha for helping me solve my problem. After 7 years with T-Mobile, I had pretty much decided to cancel my service because of two terrible phone support experiences — over an hour on the line each time, with no one truly trying to help. On the last call, they even told me Apple was to blame for my issues. Micha went step by step with me and was essential in getting everything resolved — she even ran the troubleshooting herself right there in the store. Thanks to her, we got it all fixed quickly and efficiently. I left extremely happy with the service. For any future issue or recommendation, this is the store I’ll always be talking about. Thank you, Micha Black!”

Excellent customer service! I highly recommend working with them, and choosing this AT&T location for assistance.”

“I have a fairly new IPhone Air. I was at a marina preparing my boat for sailing when one of the metal wires supporting the mast caught my phone clip and my phone fell into 8 feet of muddy water in the Chesapeake bay. It too 40 minutes to find it with an oyster rake. Pulled it out of the water and rinsed the mud off. It worked perfectly. The quality and engineering in these phones is amazing. I love apple .”

“While Verizon continues to be a colossal pain in the butt, I’ve had two issues solved by the people here who generally speaking handled it very well and most important very quickly with low amounts of friction. Deshawn was great this time, can’t remember who helped me last time.”
