This HT location is great-- it's close to several neighborhoods and only a walk away from Maple Lawn. Service is always great and the store is usually properly staffed (especially at the cashier stands). The food selection is great and they have far more produce availability than the Food Lion across the street. Plenty of free samples too alongside free sugar cookies for the kids.”

“Great staff, courteous and helpful. Had my Covid booster there a couple months ago and was impressed. I showed up earlier than appointed time but they accommodated me and I had the injection within five minutes. This week I needed antibiotic for visiting grand child. Neighbors have complained about 3-4 hours turn around at CVS. I called to check on expected turn around after the prescription was called in. Not only was the call answered promptly but I was told at most 1 hour. 20 minutes later I got a text it was ready. Amazing for the pandemic situation we are experiencing.”

“I live in the high desert outside of L.A. but was traveling when my script auto-refill kicked in and was awaiting pickup at my local CVS. Went to the local CVS in Maryland, pharmacy team member pulled up my profile in the database and handed me my script in 15min. Outstanding customer service by the CVS pharmacy team on a Sunday afternoon!”

“Not sure about everyone else’s experience, but mine was AMAZING! I spent almost 2 hours in CVS and I promise I’m not lying ?. I went in for just 2 items and walked out with a whole basket full ??. Ms. Erling had me smelling everything in the beauty section and she was so good at what she does, I kept calling her “Ms. Good Evil” because she had me buying everything ?.

She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out.
