Went to the local CVS in Maryland, pharmacy team member pulled up my profile in the database and handed me my script in 15min. Outstanding customer service by the CVS pharmacy team on a Sunday afternoon!”

“Great staff, courteous and helpful. Had my Covid booster there a couple months ago and was impressed. I showed up earlier than appointed time but they accommodated me and I had the injection within five minutes. This week I needed antibiotic for visiting grand child. Neighbors have complained about 3-4 hours turn around at CVS. I called to check on expected turn around after the prescription was called in. Not only was the call answered promptly but I was told at most 1 hour. 20 minutes later I got a text it was ready. Amazing for the pandemic situation we are experiencing.”
“Organized, rarely crowded. Drive thru is usually better for pharmacy pickup. Coupon discrepancy is suspect sometimes. Items seems pricier than most pharmacies. They have nice well kept plants unlike some of their other locations.”
