“I just have to say, the team at Han's Auto Body is absolutely top-notch. I recently had my 2025 Cadillac Optiq in for some work, and the experience was just fantastic from start to finish. Paul and Julio, in particular, were amazing. They kept me completely up to date on everything that was going on with my car.

We had weekly check-ins, which was so helpful for setting expectations and understanding the timeline. They were also total pros at dealing with my insurance company and so knowledgeable on the whole process. I basically didn't have to do a thing. It took so much stress off my plate.

Even with all the huge backorders for auto parts happening right now, the team at Han's was honest and set realistic expectations. That made planning my life around the repair so much easier.

“I would like to give a raving review to Karen Kliaz! He assisted me with the purchase of my used 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I live out of state and found the vehicle on the dealership website. I began using CAPR approximately two years ago on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I started with routine maintenance. I am consistently pleased with the ease and promptness of securing appointments. I always receive thorough explanations of what work needs immediate attention as well as the identification of future work that may be necessary. All information is communicated by the patient and friendly team in terms that I clearly understand.

I recently had need for body work; my first and only call was to CARP. I was able to immediately schedule an inspection of the damage at which time I was presented with repair options. By the end of the day, I received a thorough written estimate via email. “I’m m also not one for writing reviews but since Airpark went above and beyond, I figured I should too. We had an intractable problem with an old, crappy car but couldn’t afford a (new) used car. Other mechanics threw their hands up and were unable to start and unwilling to try (this make/model has a horrible reputation). Airpark worked with us over a few months, bringing in specialists, to fix the problem as inexpensively as possible. “Winkler provides EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST service! It was the ONLY place that ACCURATELY diagnosed and fixed the issues causing my check-engine light to be on and my car to flunk DC inspection. Three other highly rated shops charged me diagnostic fees; one claimed to have fixed the problem (it had not) and the others gave me long lists of supposedly “urgent” repairs that would have cost megabucks and, as it turns out, would NOT have addressed any of the actual problems. Luckily, I called Winkler. Jeff, Winkler’s manager, was incredibly professional, patient and helpful. He immediately questioned the pricey fixes the other shops had pushed and assured me Winkler would get to the bottom of and repair whatever was going on. And it did! As promised, Jeff and his team thoroughly inspected my 2008 Honda Element, found the real culprits (missed by every other shop), repaired everything for a very reasonable price and kept in touch with me every step of the way (so there were no surprise costs at all). The result? My car sailed through inspection and runs better than it has in years. “Mark and the team there were SUPER helpful. I stopped in just before 8 pm because a tire I had just replaced somewhere else was having an issue. They fixed it up quickly and also addressed a brake light issue for me, which another mechanic had said would cost me hundreds of dollars to fix! It turned out to be a much simpler fix and they saved me a ton of time and money. Professional, kind, and would highly recommend. Will be bringing my car back here for service for sure.”

“Fitzgerald Subaru Service in Gaithersburg is excellent and the staff all helpful and friendly. However, the scheduling center leaves much to be desired. The first person I spoke with to make an appointment was so rude to me. What is interesting is she said the first availability for an oil change was 11:30 am on the day I requested, so I said okay I will take that appointment. After getting her rude tone of voice after I asked some simple questions (such as if I could drop the car off in the morning and get it back before 3 or 4), I asked to speak to someone in service so I could find out what else my car needed. After speaking to the service advisor he transferred me back to the schedulers because the rude woman did not schedule me. Lucky for me, I got a different woman who was said the first availability is 9:15 am. So it was only two minutes since the first scheduler said she only had 11:30 am open. I hate calling the schedulers at Fitzgerald. You never know if you will speak to someone who is rude or who is helpful. But those working in the service department are all great.”

“As some people have mentioned parking here is a nightmare, but these guys get the job done. Friendly, competent and, most important, honest! They told me the problem in my car was fuel pump, and that the warranty should cover that, instead of just replacing it and charging me a fortune. They did the diagnostic and didn't change anything. “They fixed my 2016 Audi Q5 diesel when I thought it was done for. It had been worked on by the dealer under warranty, but the issue was never completely resolved. Eventually, the engine stopped running. Other shops would not even diagnose the problem, but Nick (mechanic) figured it out and did expert engine work. Ricardo (office) kept me updated throughout with great communication. The car has been running perfectly for over a month now. I highly recommend this shop - they were even recommended to me by another mechanic when no one else could help. “Installed used Michelin tires on custom rims for my H3 Hummer. Excellent service. Inspected tires and rims then installed them. All run smooth and true. Year later had a slow leak. Found a few pin hole leaks in side wall. Advised me they can't fix it, I decided not to worry as it's super slow. They are good!!!!
12/15/25 just finished some repair work on my Chevy bolt wheels and mounted new tires. Excellent work! I gave up a long time ago using retail shops such as Walmart. These guys are the best for wheels and tires I always use them now. They are worth any extra price because they always do it the right way and treat me with respect. My thanks goes out to Joe.
