“I have been using this branch for over 30 years through many name changes and the staff has always been respectful and efficient. The only thing I would recommend is that they stock $2 bills and you don't have to special oreder them.”

“Navy FCU has always been an awesome place bank…but the branch at the Crowne in Gaithersburg is simply the best. The customer service is without peer; the staff are always friendly, professional and helpful.
In particular, I wanted to highlight a customer service rep (David), who went way above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. He started researching over the weekend and on Monday was able to cross the finish line with a critical document that I needed to conclude a transaction at the MVA. Bravo and a big thanks to David and the team at Navy Federal!”

“I had to drop into this location to tcb. I love that this bank has realistic hours. Most banks have the standard 9-5 and maybe Saturdays. However, here they have later hours and are even open on Sundays. Plenty of parking, I was greeted as I walked in. A lady came out and asked me what I needed, so I did. She immediately sat me down in one of the cubicles. She even offered water. I have never been offered water at a bank! Cool. Shortly after, the manager, Frankie, came to assist me. Very professional and efficient in handling my banking needs. Although I'm loyal to my credit union, I'll definitely reconsider maybe down the road. In the past, I've been at other locations where the service was bad. I def recommend this location.”

“I don't often go to a bank in person, but when necessary, I normally go to this location. The previous times I've been there have all been for relatively routine things like depositing a check that the app wasn't handling well. This time, though, I came because of a weird technical problem with a payment not going through like it was supposed to. Darby ended up working with me on it, and he really went above and beyond in both knowledge and effort, and didn't give up until he figured out how to solve my problem, even though it was a busy holiday week. I'm very impressed and grateful for such high quality service.”

“Went in to Roll Over some 401Ks i had. The person at the front desk was helpful. I had a few questions that were answered and we got the transaction completed. I would go back with out a thought if i needed anything down the road.”
“For some reason, I find this branch is more helpful than some other branches. Opened an account in another branch in May, 2022 and that guy never ordered the checks for me, which I was supposed get for free. A teller named Catalina Canales in this branch ordered the checks for me. She was very helpful and friendly. I wish they didn't charge me $25 for a key that was questionable to begin with. I would recommend this branch to others.”

We had an urgent deadline to wire money overseas, and my husband and I suddenly realized this late in the day, due to the time difference in Europe! Because of this, Ms. La Santa and Mr. Correa spent a very long time helping us! Even after the bank closed, Mr. Correa stayed AFTER HOURS continuing to help us to make sure that all the money was wired successfully! “The staff was very pleasant. The location is very off grid, you have to Google the bank near me so that this location would populate, otherwise you wouldn't know there was a PNC Bank at this office. It's in front of where Lakeforest Mall used to be at....across that street that the Macy's lot would face. Either way there is a walk in service and an exterior ATM.”
“Easy to use, love that when I was using the first ATM and needed more time using it, that the person at the ATM behind me was able to pull out when they were done and leave so I didn't have to stress that I was holding them up. Seamless experience using their ATMs to deposit into my account from a different credit union that has an agreement to borrow their ATMs so I don't have to drive all the way to VA. <3”
“BB&T at Kentlands is great, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I saw many negative reviews about BB&T, so decided to look up reviews for 7 other area banks and read even worst reviews for those banks. I've been banking for over 20 years, both business (hundreds of checks per month) and personal, including mortgages, and have never had a problem with any bank, save those of my own error. Take all reviews with a grain of salt. There are a couple big banks out there that I would not personally deal with, but BB&T is certainly not one of them.”
