A customer yelled at the employees and especially at the manager.
The manager tried to minimize the situation, but the customer banged on the door, wanting the person the manager was helping to leave so she could serve him.
I have never seen such rudeness in my life.
And the manager remained calm and apologized for what happened.
The customer's attitude was regrettable.”

This phrase was repeated by my teacher in his respective classes and came to my mind when I saw only one teller in the Bank, as I heard because the others were on their lunch break, versus a long line. In that line I saw two people who I understood should have the right of way, due to their age and because they had some difficulty standing for a long time. One of them was very supported by her husband, whom I admired for his great effort to make sure his wife was well and could solve, without a doubt, a tremendous show of love for her, and she, with more love and few words, calmed him down. What a beautiful moment! Despite the situation; for that reason, I think that if there were no sign indicating when a user has “Preference” we would choose to give him the right of way, as an act of solidarity and love, like that couple. Long live the love between couples, people and the work we do!!!”

First I called to see if the bank was able to take a larger amount of money out and the man that answered was so nice and helpful. Then when I went in a woman with short dark hair and glasses that was there helped me. She was so so nice and went above and beyond!!! The parking was not the best due to construction, but I would still go and give more stars if I could. She went above and beyond and her and the man greeted me nicely when I went in.
