Although I don't need to go into the branch often, due to the miracle of online banking, every time I go inside this location I have a great experience. I've gotten a new debit card here before as well as a couple cashier's checks. Every experience has been quick, efficient, and friendly. The employee's are personable and eager to strike up conversation while they are working on what you need. The branch is very clean and organized, nothing has ever appeared in disarray. Also, there's little to no wait even at lunch time! Coming from a bank manager at a competitor, they blow me away every time!”

“I rarely have to go into the credit union. There was a line and I was able to do everything I wanted today without too much of a delay. I like that I was able to get "debit cards" as gifts without added fees. They had holiday themed gift cards as well as cards and envelopes to go with the card (when I asked). I also needed to replace a debit card and left with a replacement in-hand. Santiago, who I believe is new, did a good job. I don't love the newly designed space and I am not there often enough to care too much.”
