“This place is great. Check‑in was easy, with professional and friendly service. My unit is on the 4th floor; not to worry, though — they have an ample supply of storage carts that make moving things to my unit a breeze. The freight elevator was clean and well maintained. I’m a germ freak, so I notice those things. The units are climate‑controlled, which I appreciated, especially since it was over 90 degrees outside.”

I had an exceptional experience at the CubeSmart location on Snouffer School Road thanks to Russell and Kylon. From the moment I called, they were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in answering all of my questions regarding storage unit sizes and determining how much space I would need for my belongings.
When I arrived at the facility, they went above and beyond by personally showing me the available unit options, which made it much easier to choose the right space for my needs. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made the entire process stress-free.
Once I selected my unit, the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. I was especially impressed by how organized they were and how smooth the entire transaction was from start to finish.
In addition, the office and storage facilities were absolutely immaculate—clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. It's obvious that Russell and Kylon take great pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a top-notch facility.
