“5 stars for 5 reasons
1. The ease to get a U-Haul was super easy and relatively quick. Ordered online and came to pick up. We came here 20 mins before closing and left within 5 mins. They need to see my ID and my credit card I use to book the U-Haul.
2. The U-Haul was clean and works:)
3. Drop off can be done through app and it was quite easy! Just need to take photos of it.
4. This location was in Germantown and easy to find.
