“I'm upset with Fleet Feet because no other shoe I previously own feels as good.
I've never had a shoe fitting before, staff was attentive with each customer focusing on one person at a time (which lead to some wait times, make sure to get logged for the queue), provided many options to try and had the appropriate sizes to try in these options. I have pretty wide feet.
Purchased the Hokas for a heavy walking vacation and had ship to my home the color I wanted, but they arrived promptly. I know for a fact if I hadn't gotten these shoes for the vacation, I'd be much, much more achey. So this is also a positive rating for the shoes.”
