“Liam dedicated himself to finding the right skis for my husband's boots. Even though we didn't buy the boots at Sun & Ski, he took the time to show us how to properly adjust them and store them in the off season. He is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely return!”

“Went to get some starter work out equipment. First thing I noticed was the large number of associates they had on the floor. I hadn't been in the location for awhile and I saw the escalators have been replaced by stairs and no noticeable sign for a elevator or restroom. I'm sure there's a elevator somewhere for ADA compliance. Pricing wasn't obvious and asked an associate for assistance and they were happy to help. Got what I needed and was glad this location was convenient for me to begin a new health journey.”

“I'm upset with Fleet Feet because no other shoe I previously own feels as good.
I've never had a shoe fitting before, staff was attentive with each customer focusing on one person at a time (which lead to some wait times, make sure to get logged for the queue), provided many options to try and had the appropriate sizes to try in these options. I have pretty wide feet.
Purchased the Hokas for a heavy walking vacation and had ship to my home the color I wanted, but they arrived promptly. I know for a fact if I hadn't gotten these shoes for the vacation, I'd be much, much more achey. So this is also a positive rating for the shoes.”
