Banks in Odenton, MD

“This is 1 of 3 branches I use, and I've always gotten good customer service, and prompt. What I like most about all of the branches is it's an old fashioned bank in terms of personal direct ability to talk to an agent. There's also no social issues they try to force on you, as their only purpose (so far) is just deliver banking.

One of my other banks (which I now avoid) forces me to use a Teller Machine and have a video conference via close circuit TV, instead of what I want: come in, talk to a real live human. Unfortunately, this is the new wave, but Bank of GB doesn't do that. They are perfect for middle age / seniors who miss this.

They seem to have their act together about safety, while other customers complained of debit cards being frozen, this is actually for your benefit when something atypical goes down. I've had it happen 3x, and it was not a major hassle to undo it.”
