“The owner picked me up near BWI and I had my car about fifteen minutes later. I saved a lot of money over renting at the airport location (which requires a shuttle ride from and to the airport) and the vehicle was entirely satisfactory. Plan on using Uber/Lyft/a taxi to get back to BWI; I used MTA and it takes half an hour to walk to the bus stop, sometimes in a busy road. I highly recommend Easy Car Rental.”
“I enjoy renting from NextCar. The front representatives are friendly & efficient. My only complaint is on two different occasions I have left items in the car and when i called back to retrieve them no one can seem to locate the items. I think any items left by customers should be taken to lost & found or the manager to login or contact the customer.”

Cars are usually half way decently cleaned. Only issue I would say is the windows are always really dirty on the inside.”

“We needed a rental due to an accident. While my insurance company dropped the ball on the reservation, Enterprise was excellent in helping us figure out what went wrong and get the reservation figure out. The car was promptly cleaned and brought to us. Drop off at the car body shop was CLUTCH. Made it so much easier to leave it at the body shop and not worry about how to get it back. This is our 3rd rental from this location, and would definitely recommend it!”
“I want to start off by saying that I did read everyone else's comments until after I already rented the car, and I'm not really sure what all the negativity is about. Well, maybe some of it I get, but not all of it! Here is the biggest thing about them that I will say that was a turn-off for me, specifically the price of the cars. The car was overpriced, and it definitely had some issues while driving with certain check engine lights and things being on, but honestly, it was just the price. When I went to pick up the car they had the car available and clean and ready for me to take it yes I did have to get my own insurance yes it does have to be full coverage to rent the car but all I had to do was call my insurance company and they did all the work for me I didn't have to do anything else they told my insurance company which car I would be using and for how long I would be using it. They made sure that I got what I asked for and even though I did not send a deposit beforehand because I was looking for a basic small vehicle I guess I was lucky that there was one there but they did inform me that without a deposit it was first come first serve and if I got there and there was no car it was on me. My experience was not as harsh obviously as everyone else's and we all have to take our time and experience things for ourselves for me personally I did not have an issue with any of the things that was going on with my rental and how everything was set up and done other than the fact that the car was so expensive the rental itself is expensive everyday but I understand the deposit I understand the insurance and all the other things are not an issue. If you have an emergency and you really need a car, then this place is fine as long as you have the money to pay for it it's great. If you can get your insurance together and rent a car from them, then you don't have anything to worry about. If you have other issues going on, you are going to have to go someplace else it just is what it is. I hope that this helps in some way. Good luck renting your car, be it here or anywhere else, and I commend you on doing your research and reading all the comments and making your own decision!”

I had a 6am flight at BWI and had to drop off the rental car around 4am, and was nervous that it was going to be some little dark building in the middle of nowhere... quite the opposite, it was well-lit and safe, and had clean bathrooms, and the shuttle seems to run pretty regularly even at 4am! (Or we just got lucky.)”

“I got Chevy Bolt 2023 and I loved it. I received many compliments from the riders that they love the vehicle too. The only downside is unpredictable wait time. I waited for 3 hours upon picking up the car and they asked me to come back to the office every other week, either to renew or pickup the voucher for inspection.
The office is near bus line to take me back to downtown Baltimore.”
