(I felt awful when I realized it.) I had just started my baby in daycare that week and was frazzled and the Carter’s staff were patient and help me find everything I needed. I won’t forget their kindness!”

“I had the most amazing shopping experience with the manager Jean at Old Navy in Gambrills on Friday! The focus of my trip was solely to purchase clothes for my great-niece's birthday. Jean came up to me to show me the clearance rack for kids and to let me know that all of the women's clearance pants were on sale for $9.97!
I really needed more jeans and she checked on me while I was trying them on and found my size so I didn't have to go to another store!! Her customer service is exceptional, and I will make this my store because of her!!”
