“I love that they keep lot of items are 100% cotton. Being allergic to so many synthetic fiber I have very little option. More over most of those synthetic fibers have possibly higher carbon footprint. Talking about environmental friendliness. I think it is time for all fabric maker think to be more innovative I hope and believe Eddie Bauer will be pioneer in that.I am very pleased with their customer service. I usually ware same clothes for multiple year and their clothes are durable. If you find threads and stitch threats are coming off. I think you can exchange the item for a new one of same or lower value or even a higher value if you pay the difference. Please keep your membership information updated for those costumer's service.”

“Staff usually are quite friendly here. You can shop in peace here without issue. Store is clean.Issue here is inventory, which is why this store did not receive 5 stars. Store has a large quantity of jackets yet not enough t-shirts, polos or pants. Sale items are rare as well in comparison to other of their retail stores.”
