“I stopped in over the weekend to shop for more work clothes. I had issues finding dress pants with beltloops and in my size. Other than that, I was able to find a ton of new work shirts (probably more than I needed)! They finally had one dressing room open in the women's active section. I believe there were three rooms. Because they did not have all of there dressing rooms open a line began forming. There were a ton of clearance racks which I was able to find a few items on. Upon checkout I was greeted by Brenda. She was very friendly and sociable. She offered me a store credit card to obtain a discount which I declined. She made sure before taking my payment that she applied the coupon that I mentioned I had. Thank you for the great service!”

“Absolutely love this store. The employee's were great and the items I purchased were really nice. Retail price I'm sure I would have spent well over $400. I was pleasantly surprised when my total was only $50. Great prices, quality named brand items and really nice service.”

“Reading through a lot of these reviews are seriously comical. People whining because they won't take their gross, stained, and old clothes. Hahaha. People wanting gold for their nasty stuff, outdated stuff, out of season stuff, stuff covered in pet hair, wrinkly stuff. Seriously, who's going to buy that? People are straight up delusional!! Also, people complaining that they need to put stuff in totes is wild to me! Have they never been to any of the other stores around? Savvy, Honeysuckle, Return to Oz. It's standard. Who wants to dig crumpled up clothes out of a plastic bag?My experience: every time I come, I have a good experience. The staff is actually very friendly if you engage. I think they're tired of being treated like garbage by customers.Recently, I was there with my teenage son, and this young girl with a toddler straight up flipped out on them because they wouldn't buy her stained and summer clothes. She was yelling and cussing, very mean and cruel. I felt bad for the staff and also her little girl! Both staff members remained calm and professional despite the abuse they were receiving. After she left, I commended them on how they handled the situation with Ms. Crazy. They said it happens daily. So, so sad.I have bought from them for quite awhile, and while my visits are always good, I'm docking a star because of their pricing. Their prices are high. Compared to other Plato's Closets, they are more expensive, as well. I understand it's a franchise, so they don't have to price it the same. I'm just saying the increase is pretty noticeable.I have never sold with them before, but I can imagine you wouldn't get much for your clothes. They are similar to Once Upon a Child, who will give you about $1.50 a shirt. If it's true that they won't give you much, but then sell it for 10x as much, I would agree to sell your stuff elsewhere... Or donate.”
