“I've frequented Odenton 21113 since 2001 & I love being serviced by MS SHEILA. Have avoided young BRITTANY as I've seen unwarranted frustration taken out on some customers. However, in the last months, I've seen quite a turn around on her part. This past Sat, I went there 10 minutes before closing; the line was long, & BRITTANY serviced me. She has come a longgg way this last year and I had to make sure she knew that her service was O U T S T A N D I N G and appreciated. Watching Sheila AND Brittany knock out a line in a second was majical. Servicing the public is not easy and THEY have MASTERED this art. Thanks 21113!”

“I have never had a problem with this post office very friendly , helpful people but, my son sent me a card in May I never received & a package from Amazon was to be delivered 2 days ago from uses but I still haven't received it so I'm going to just cancel my order & go purchase the item at the store myself I cant wait any longer. I just dont understand my mailbox is within walking distance to the post office on Dicus Mill Rd yet we are always the last to receive our mail,we wait all day doesnt make sense.Still cant understand where my card went ?”

“While I very much like the USPS employee that is typically at the window. She's extremely friendly and helpful. I have a major complaint with the fact that regardless of which Saturday I go, the door is never unlocked despite both the door and website displaying these supposed PO Box Access hours of 10AM - 2PM. I arrived at 1155 this morning and the same foolishness. Its extremely frustrating and it's professonial. Do beeter USPS!”

“I arrived to the Crofton post office after it was closed and a kind and wonderful employee named Firmin came out to help me with the kiosk to get a receipt for my package . He even took my package inside when the post office was closed . I have never had any business assist a customer 1 .5 hours after closing. I really needed my package scanned and shipped before tommrow and he took care of me A + service and so kind . He even helped a lady behind me as well . Give him a raise we need more workers just like him ! Thank you Firmin your act of kindness didn't go unnoticed. Thank you so much !”

“Exceptional Service at This USPS Location! My husband and I visited this post office for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Despite there being only one clerk on duty, Mr. Timothy was incredibly kind, efficient, and clear throughout the entire process. The post office itself was spacious, very clean, and well-organized — everything was neat with no clutter in sight. Mr. Timothy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. He kindly double-checked our forms, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood the next steps to ensure a smooth process. His professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out, and we left feeling grateful for such a positive experience. “Unlike others who reviewed this post office, I haven't had any problems with the clerks at the counter. This place resembles your standard post 📫 office (see picture). It has various mailboxes 📬 for rent (see picture 📸). They sell various shipping supplies (boxes, tape) in the main lobby as well as gift 🎁 cards (see picture 📸). 1 thing I do appreciate here is the outside mail dropbox (see picture) that you can drive 🚗 up to and mail your stamped letters ✉. No need to get out of the car to mail them. Overall, I think it's an ok 👍 post office though 🤔 I don't deal with them much as I don't live on Fort Meade.”

“I often see negative comments on Nextdoor about this post office, but I have never had a problem with them, and I have used them plenty of times for certified mail, mailing packages, and mailing Christmas and Lunar New Year cards. Very rarely are the lines long when I go, except at Christmas. When there are lines, they move at a reasonable pace. The staff have always been courteous and professional to me. I wanted to share my experiences here, as I think it's complainers who are more inclined to post reviews. It just really bugs me that the staff are being trashed; they deserve better.”
