“My husband is an architect and we needed some drawings printed a couple of weekends ago for a job he's working on. In the past we've always used a different printing service but they aren't open on weekends and THIS PLACE IS! which is how I found this place. Well, they're open on Saturdays at least so that's a huge help. Let me just tell you, this place is awesome. The people are so friendly, the aura there is awesome, service is phenomenal, and deco is super cool. They have actually taken the time to decorate the store in a pretty "local Annapolis business" type way. It definitely has a nice home business feel to it. And they were super fast about getting our prints ready for us. The prices were very comparable to the other place we usually use so that wasn't' an issue. We spoke with Lauren when we were there and she was excellent! Took the time to give us all the info we asked her for even though she was busy. Check it out! You won't be disappointed.”
“Upfront I have to admit the shopping experience and store in general was better than expected. Sales associate/ team member there to greet customers and was easy to find and quick to respond to any questions. The store looks dated but that's not a big deterrent to me anyway. Parking is sparse compared to the sprawling football stadium sized mall lots. Prices on certain items like office chairs seem high but they routinely offer competitive pricing online. Buy online pick up in the store.Number one observation? If you're looking for a printer or office chair you'd be challenged to find another brick and mortar store with a bigger selection. 4 isles of just printers alone. Need a land line phone ( yes those still exist ?) they got you covered.”

“The young man behind the counter went above and beyond when I presented an item that I needed to return. He noted that my shipping label was a USPS label, and although they could mail it for me, I wouldn't get a receipt. So, I decided not to mail it there. But he still went ahead and wrapped up the package for me and placed the label on the package, which he totally did not have to do. That was so nice, and I wanted to post what a nice experience that was. I did not get his name. He was a young, African American man.”
“We use their services to print our No Parking signs needed to block off areas for various events throughout Montgomery County, MD and recently we needed a large order in a shorter than usual time and thanks to Jim and the team at Sir Speedy, they arrived way ahead of the scheduled time and was delivered directly via their delivery driver! Awesome service and highly recommend for quality printing services.”

“Great service by Pierre. I was in and out in about 3 minutes. The only downside is the smell of the store upon walking in, which was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I won’t take a star away for the smell, just hopefully it doesn’t smell like that naturally.”
