1. the cleanliness of the gym
2. the friendly front check in staff
3. the staff that answers my questions (I have a lot:)) with a smile and thorough explanation
4. the amount of functioning equipment
5. John - an amazing trainer with patience and deep knowledge of exercise routines. He holds a variety of classes to help each individual reach their goal

The value is exceptional- for the monthly cost, there is absolutely no excuse not to join and enjoy ALL that the gym has to offer. I feel part of a community and I feel stronger!”

“Visited the area for a week and got a few workouts in at this location. Staff set me up with a short term membership without any pushiness, etc. Huge free weight area with plentiful equipment—must have been at least five deadlift platforms. Clean and didn’t see any broken machines. Busy in the early afternoon, but didn’t feel crowded. Seems like a nice middle ground between a bougie high end gym and a more relaxed community gym.”

“GYM HOME!!! I absolutely love this gym. When I initially started looking for a gym to go to I was going to the AF near my house which was fine. But I found the AF in Germantown one day by accident after dropping the kiddos off at school. What really made me love this place was how friendly the staff was, equipment is nice and easy to use. And alway clean. Now, what really took this gym to a 10/10 for me are the classes! Love love love the classes. The instructors are great Cheryl and Angie, they really get your heart rate up and get you moving. They know your name and get you motivated. Thats what I needed. For what I pay this gym checks all my boxes. Clean, friendly staff, no pressure. I found my gym home!”
