Greg went above and beyond and even helped me place the bag in my car, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, friendly, and stress free. I honestly did not even know this store was here, but once inside I realized they have so much more than I expected. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be back.”

“These guys are great, always helpful and friendly. I get my mower blades sharpened here every year. I used to get my chainsaws sharpened here too before buying the tool to do it myself. I still buy my new chainsaw chains from them. They are custom made to length and they beat box store prices on them. I was surprised to find several items they carry to be cheaper than box stores and even Amazon.”

“Was in a pinch and needed snow shovels and pet safe ice melt - none of the larger stores in the area have any in stock. I called Ace and the gentleman I spoke with was kind and helpful. I drove right over and the store was clean, organized, and well staffed with friendly people. Picked up 2 snow shovels and the ice melt for $47! “I purchased a toilet flapper online, but what Home Depot sent was a doorknob! So, I went to this Home Depot In Germantown and the customer service lady said, “How could they have gotten this so wrong? It’s two entirely different things.” The transaction was smooth and she pointed out the aisle where I could get a toilet flapper. Everything was done fast and expeditiously.”

I liked that I had a couple different stops to make and everything I needed was right here in this shopping center. Time to go build this grill and get cookin !”

“So after going to a local nursery and looking at Christmas trees, attempting to shop local for the holiday... I just could not stomach paying that much of a premium for a local vendor. I'm 100% willing to chip in a bit extra to buy local. But this nursery, about 8 minutes away from Home Depot, was almost twice the price for a tree that was 2 feet shorter. Some of the cheapest trees there were 80 dollars, and they were a bit rough off. Most of the trees we're 109 and up. So I made my way over to this Home Depot and found a tree that's about 6.5 feet for about 60 bucks. I'm sorry local nursery. Like, I said- I'd be fine with a bit of a mark up... but not a 100 percent markup for a shorter tree. I'm sorry, I just can't stomach that ;/ In any event, I ran into this place and the guy in the nursery was SO helpful. He asked me a bunch of questions about the tree I wanted. I'm always a little bit lost when shopping for trees. Do I feel confident that I know the difference between a fraser fir, balsam fir, noble fir - absolutely not. Do I know the difference between those and a white pine... yes. I know A LITTLE something lol. Just not a lot of something. So the super nice guy took down some trees for me, cut off the netting and shook them out just so I could see all the branches. He was as nice as could be. Then, the young gentleman who attached the tree to the top of my car was also as pleasant as pie. Is that even a saying? It should be if it isn't one. He was a super nice guy who I found out has worked at Home Depot for 5 years now, and he's planning on going into the Air Force soon enough. He did a solid job of attaching my tree to my car roof, and he was even hesitant to accept a tip when I offered it. I did insist that he took it. All in all, a solid wonderful experience at Home Depot in Germantown getting a tree. It was secure as could be on the way home and I love how it looks all trimmed up :)”

The updated program aims to make life easier for professionals while offering more benefits from their first purchase.
