I utilized TW Perry for a deck project, using them for roughly 90% of my materials and they were extremely professional. There were a few snags during the process, but both Santiago and Fernando made them right! It was a lot of materials that were ordered so small hiccups like missing parts (very small ones) and damaged items (most likely in transit) are to be expected. They credited me for the damages and even gave me the missing pieces, without giving me any grief. A++ I highly recommend this location, looking forward to my next project using them and will absolutely be referring people word of mouth style. I recently made multiple trips to this location while trying to match a difficult paint, and during this struggle, Tim L. from the paint department went out of his way to match my paint by looking at the samples I brought in and the pictures on my phone. At one point he even said, "I want to help you get this right". Being from Atlanta, I have been going to Home Depot all my life, and this was by far the best costumer service interaction I have ever had at this company. One comment for management thou, please consider having online price match in store, I picked up my items in shopping cart in store, went to cashier, and since they don't do price match, I was asked to but it online, and wait for the confirmation and then take out the items that are already in my shopping cart. Just waste of time on customer side.”
