I half expected a grandma offering me tea while a mysterious cat judged my life choices. I had the pleasure to speak with Rick, the store owner, over the course of an hour or two and he was extremely helpful in identifying beneficial cards for several MTG decks I am working on. Not only was he helpful in that regard, but the card selection was fantastic.
A wide range of MTG cards from various eras and no shortage of commander relevant cards on display. Everything was fairly priced with relation to card condition and the convenience of finding those cards in one spot was unparalleled. Easily a store I would return to.”
“Outstanding legendary RC track with a massive number of RC cars, buggies, trucks, kits and an extensive supply of parts in stock. Mimi has been running and operating this track since the early 1990's. The RC enthusiasts here are very helpful and friendly to newbies like my son, who has some larger scale monster trucks, but didn't know anything about track racing or building RC buggies and trucks. They have RC races every week, change up the track layout often. If you want to start a new RC hobby for yourself or your kid, it's a great community here.”

“I went to this store with my two young boys who have recently gotten into Pokemon. The owner was very friendly and kind. We were able to go through a huge box of bulk commons and they were thrilled with finding some unique cards. I think it was 10 cents per card for bulk commons. They also have a retro looking coin operated card vending machine too if you like the thrill of getting random cards.”

“I visited all 3 locations of Michael's and the service at Laurel. Northgate Aspen Hill were the worse. The manager at Northgate was so not helpful and should not be manager due to her lack of knowledge. However, the staff at Rockville location has the best customer service. The woman with the black mask, Asian lady at the register and the small petite lady with the purple hair, all three were phenomenal and value their customers. I adore them as they were all so sweet and helpful. They deserve a raise!”

“I got a BD party celebration for my 10 year old daughter! Everything went amazing! Technically, Michaels did even for me: decorations, food, goodie bags craft classes! All the kids loved it! Lauren, who hosted the party was super friendly, patient, fun and caring!”
