“A very nice and well-kept Marriott with great service and hospitality. The room was very clean and modern. Additionally, the bed and pillows were high quality. The hotel has a decent restaurant and is easily accessible from the nearby North Bethesda metro station. The only thing I wish would change is that their parking is very expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to others, and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

“Natasha at the front desk was more than amazing. ..first she helped a food delivery driver find the right drop off where it involved her calling the persons cell phone who could have made the order from her property then calling the second property to find the recipient of the food ..she did more then she was required or responsible for to make sure the patron and delivery person got the help they needed . She also made sure that I received an updated room since it was available .her knowledge of the guest and inventory makes her a irreplaceable employee”

“my husband and I came to town to visit family we got in at 2 in the morning from the airport the receptionist was very pleasant when we got to the room there was some flooding happening from the ceiling where it looked like something was dripping the receptionist fixed it immediately switched our room was very accommodating and gave us tickets to breakfast for the rest of our stay I would most definitely stay at this hotel when we fly back.”

“It's not a bad hotel. The room was comfortable. The issue I had with this hotel and what caused me to give it only four stars have to do with service and the non-disclosure of the $100.00 incidentals deposit. I understand some hotels like to charge an incidental deposit, then as long as you don't damage the room you'll get it back. In the meantime though, it denies you use of those funds. However, I made this reservation through the Best Western website, as I always do, and I read all the fine print very thoroughly to see if there is a deposit charged. When I do see that they charge a deposit, for the most part, I will not use that hotel. When I get there, as I'm checking in the clerk said there is an incidental deposit which you will get back. I asked why it was not disclosed on the website or on any signage or notification at the desk when you check in. When I asked him about it he said that every hotel charges an incidental deposit. I told him that they do not do that it is up to the hotel management whether they're going to do that or not. Now I realize that hotels do charge it incidental deposit when the ownership of that particular property decides that's what they're going to do. It is not the policy of the Best Western brand. I am a Diamond Select member and have been for quite some time. I just take exception to non-disclosed fees by the property before you decide to book the room. He told me that you need to call the hotel before you ever book a room. I did speak to the management about it when I checked out. I don't know if they'll ever do anything about it, but I do know that I probably will not patronize this particular property again.”

“Homewood suites in ATL is way better. They provided more towels and the service was better. The sheets are very thin as a brand and there were so many sheets even a bed covering that covered the mattress where I couldn’t do a bed bug check which made me feel a bit uneasy. One elevator was down which caused delays. I also came back at 10pm and was told
I needed a key to enter? However, the sign says it starts at 11pm so I just felt the agent was being lazy. I also want to know what would happen if I called in to check in after 11pm. The king suite was spacious but the hotel has a hospital like smell.”
“I had to print some things out and the business center computers were not working and Corrigan(GM) was kind enough to help me with it.
