“This review is for the Extended Stay of America (Located @ 46001 Waterview Plaza Sterling, VA 20166).I stayed at this hotel for a week, and everything went well. Had absolutely no issues and it was easy making the reservation thru the extended stay america (ESA) app. When you login you're able to get the member program discounted rate and you can view all your booking info / check in / check out details all in one place. Shazia M, the hotel general manager is 100% the best management of any establishment I have ever visited. She is very caring & helpful that she provided me with tips/advice about dealing with the stress/worries that traveling & being away from home brings about. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for any amount of stay and thanks again for your time & help. :)”

“Place is perfect for construction workers, on the road for weeks or months at a time! No complaints, just had to get towels and wash cloths after work one day, but that's nothing !! Place is a gem at the right price!!!Rooms: Rooms are perfect for people who don't want to eat out everyday and enjoy cooking!!!Safety: In a very safe place!!”

“I've stayed there for a night in room 138 on Thursday the 15th of February 2024. Everything was fantastic. From check-in through check out. The room was spotless and clean, and breakfast was great . Staff members were very friendly and helpful. I would like to stay again next month when I'll going to pick up my mom from the airport.”

“Nice room but terrible mattress.Super location to Dulles airportUnfortunately airport shuttle starts at 0600 as does the breakfast.Rooms: Room was very nice with desk, small couch and large TV.Unfortunately the bed was slanted and the top sheet partially melted so it was scratchy”

“Came here for a funeral and the other hotel we were staying at was horrible. We came here for our last day and night and it was really great! The breakfast buffet was great. Price for what you get is great. Wife and I plan on staying here again.”
