“I’ve been going to this UPS Store for close to 20 years. The owner, Andy, is the best. It’s a very busy store and he handles the customers so well. The line moves fairly quickly. Andy and his people will find the best options to ship your packages. Come prepared with packages taped up or bring a $1 to pay them to tape it. A dollar is a real bargain. How many things cost that little these days. ❤️”

“The UPS Store in London turned my “how on earth do I ship electronics to NYC?” panic into a smooth, smile-filled experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful—though I’ll admit their charming British accents briefly made me wonder if I was in a high-end period drama about parcel delivery. They handled my shipment like it was the crown jewels, packing everything securely and walking me through the process with patience (and tea-worthy politeness). Prices were fair, service was quick, and I left grinning. If you ever need to ship something overseas from London, these folks will treat your package—and you—right. Brilliant!”

They also followed up with a phone call to make sure I had everything I needed and were so welcoming when I arrived to the office. They made everything so simple for me. “I have been here countless times and never met an unfriendly employee. Very helpful, the line can get a bit long but they are always staffed well from what I can tell and get through it pretty quickly.
May I suggest having a dedicated individual for printing services and one for shipping services? Not sure if corporate allows it but it would perhaps streamline things for everyone.”
