“It's a nice locally owned place to drop off a return package. They have 2 parking spaces marked reserved for customers of this store just outside the entrance (in this photo), plus they validate parking in the garage that's attached. My big question before coming here was about the parking situation so answering it here for others!”

“Very good and convenient. I use this UPS store for drop offs when I am in the area. They have a self service kiosk which makes it easy as you can skip the line and scan packages in for a receipt yourself. Staff always seem friendly and polite.”
“I have been coming to this UPS store for a while so the positive review is overdue! Lovely, well-informed, and helpful customer service. From notary services to passport photographs to regular mail to Amazon returns, this is an ‘everything’ store. Most recently I was helped by Shrutika who took passport photos. Overall a great experience!”

“I've had a great experience working with Intelligent Office Rockville.
The team has been professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful, especially while hosting webinars and business meetings. The meeting space is clean and well-maintained, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly.
I especially appreciate the level of customer service and attention to detail they provide. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients' success.
I would highly recommend Intelligent Office Rockville to any business owner, entrepreneur, or professional looking for office space, meeting rooms, or administrative support.
Special thanks to Leslie and Kaitlyn!!!”
