“The employees at the Germantown location are polite, friendly, professional and get the job done in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for better people to deal with, in person and over the phone. We drove 12 extra miles each way just to deal with them instead of going to the Uhaul site near us (Parklawn Dr) because the Germantown location is run 1000 times better. It was worth the extra money and we will do it again the next time we need a truck.”
“Make sure you get a contract with unlimited miles. You may have to return the truck to a different location but since they have so many local choice it shouldn't be a problem. Also some auto insurance policies cover rental vehicles example State Farm, check first, you save alot of money for having your own insurance.”
