11915 Grand Park Avenue, North BethesdaMy fiancée and I came here for our anniversary dinner, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They left a sweet little card on our table for the occasion, and every staff member we interacted with was warm and attentive. Special shoutout to Tico, who really made us feel welcomed and went out of his way to make the night special. The food and drinks were great across the board. Our only minor note is that it was a bit hot inside — not sure if it was an A/C issue that night or just where we were seated, but it didn't take away from what was otherwise a great night at Julii. We'll definitely be back.

11807 Grand Park Ave, North BethesdaI visited CYM in Rockville Pike. I ordered Cheesy Garlic Bread Bagel and a Honey Lavender Latte. I was seated at the table eating my Delicious bagel and when my name was called to get my coffee, I got up to get it and my coffee and 1/4 of my bagel fell on the chair. The AMAZING worker, Michael, saw it all and after giving me my coffee he asked what bagel I had and provided me with another bagel free of vcharge🥹🥹🥹. Not only is the food and atmosphere delicious and welcoming, the services is top tier!!

11860 Grand Park Ave, North BethesdaEvery person working here on 1/9 around 1:50pm needs a ✨raise✨ - or a fat bonus.. or both? ? I have never met a friendlier staff in all my years going to Starbucks, truly. Attentive, personable, compassionate. Mind you I was there for less than 5mins and was able to pick up on all of that. I hope both sides of all of their pillows are always cold, every light is green, and that they all get those bonuses I mentioned ? (from y'all tho ❤️)

The ice cream was super creamy and an imaginative flavor. Really enjoyed the ice cream! Milk and cookies was a good flavor. They offer to go pints as well.

11920 Grand Park Ave, North BethesdaOne of my regular go-to's. Love the happy hour deals, huge fan of their buffet brunch, and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. There was one instance when I had to interact with the manager over a personal matter and they weren't the most kind or helpful in the slightest, BUT I haven't seen him since so no complaints there :) The food quality is always spot on and the restaurant is always clean and lively which allows me to have a great time every time I go.
