The staff is wonderful - they know him by name and make sure he's comfortable and well-loved. He's always excited when I drop him off for his day of napping and being spoiled. The facility is spotless and run very professionally. I am very happy to have found such a great option for my old boy.

12100 Nebel St, RockvilleStarted taking our dog when I moved to the area 3 years ago and never had a bad experience: administrative staff was always courteous, space was always clean, medical staff was always knowledgeable. But nothing surpassed my expectations more then when the time came to help Rooney cross the Rainbow Bridge:
1) leaniancy in scheduling procedure - they allowed me to wait for the kids to come home from school
2) a comfortable private room to say goodbye - it wasn't just any available exam room, I sat on a couch and snuggled with him as we said our goodbyes
3) gentle explanations of his condition and options - when the doctor I spoke with in the morning wouldn't be available later in the day, she informed me of who would be assisting us and when it came time the new doctor was informed of our circumstances and kindly explained what would happen
They also provided the keepsake in my picture which is more than I have ever gotten from other providers with past pets. Not only that, but once I got the call saying the paw print was ready, I was allowed to come whenever I was ready to accept it so they kindly held onto it for a few weeks for me.
Thank you Nebel Street Animal Hospital your kindness was a gift.

While I did get him diagnosed in a different place I was recommended to come here for more in depth care. I know his condition can't be healed but the amount of care and love we are getting from balanced vet is the best thing I could have. They are so patient and answer all of my questions and requests. This in combination with his cardiologist has truly helped me care for him at home and so far he seems so healthy like he doesn't even have a heart condition. He's a strong boy. Thank you balanced vet for everything. Keep up the amazing work.

1 Taft Ct, RockvilleBottom line we got service. My dog got attention. I was worried because she had eaten a lot of dark chocolate. She seems fine today, but when I got there, I have to say there didn’t seem to be a sense of emergency. It was kind of first come first serve when technically this Is a life-threatening situation because chocolate is toxic to dogs, especially dark chocolate. She needed immediate attention so that made me concerned. When we were treated I did feel confident in blue pearl services. I didn’t get to meet Dr. Pearl, but I’ve heard wonderful things about him. I do feel confidence knowing my dogs are in good hands. The Dr, who worked on my dog was very detailed oriented and explained everything well.I was a tad bit shocked at the pricing, but I guess there isn’t anything I wouldn’t pay and they know that for my baby. My dog ate chocolate $110 to call the Dog ACPCA for poison control. They made us call and wouldn’t see us till we did. Then for the visit $700 which included $250 for the appointment and the rest was for inducing, vomit and hydration IV meds. $1000 chocolate bar!!!! That was my fault. Thank u blue pearl.

The doctor is excellent—he explained Coffee’s sarcoma and every step of the procedure in clear, reassuring terms, so I knew my pup was in skilled hands. The entire staff is calm, kind, and supportive, which made a stressful situation much easier. Coffee had a minimally invasive surgery and recovered very quickly with great follow-up. You can tell they truly care. I highly recommend this clinic!

Rob Albert (business owner) and manager Beverly consistently provide stellar service. Scheduling is seamless through the online portal and any questions or concerns are always answered promptly. I always get adorable photos of my dog from her walk as well as a thorough note from the visit. Their tracking app shows exactly where they go and how long the walk lasts. Dogcentric clearly cares about their customers, both human and animal. Could not recommend more highly.

We have also utilized “spa” services (bath) and the fact they can get him to even get a bath is amazing to me because we have only been able to bath him in a tub once in his life when he was much smaller, and to say “able to” is an overstatement—we ended up as wet as he was. So thanks, Dogtopia for keeping our fur baby safe and clean!

I pop in there every few months when the BLTE cycles up in my head. There aren't many real short order/diner type spots in the area but this one does the trick. Would love if it they had a counter/counter seats. The manager is a character, his greetings in person and for the phone in orders are always enthusiastic. There must be many regulars as he says to at least half of them the items for order and they just say yes when they make it to the head of the line. From skimming the other reviews, I think I'll need to get a steak and cheese next!

They have a collection of food, wine, beer, coffee, they have a game isle in the middle and has variety of board games, they have some books and they restroom here too.
