Nala knows the route to Healthy Hound and gets excited as soon as she recognizes it. When we arrive, she runs behind the desk, greets the staff there, and tries to climb in their chair to be next to them. There’s no better feeling than to know that my sweet girl is taken care of and that the staff love her!

Woodley Gardens Veterinary Care
1123 Nelson Street, RockvilleAfter moving from California to Maryland and looking into several other local clinics, Woodley Gardens is definitely at the forefront of animal care. The staff are polite and knowledgeable and are great about scheduling you in a last minute pinch and ACTUALLY calling you back if there’s an opening or an earlier time slot which is something of a rarity in this day and age.
They’re also open on Saturdays which as a service industry worker with a chaotic schedule can sometimes be the only time I have to fit in an appointment. Outside of that their app makes scheduling an absolute breeze compared to the other clinics and animal hospitals I’ve tried in the greater Rockville area.
The doctors and nurses are extremely well-versed in pet care and don’t try to disregard your experience with your per’s health which has truly been something that’s been hard to find. Truthfully we love Woodley Gardens so much I’ve recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so!
Pro tip: Carmen’s is right next door and they have a nice little selection of treats for your pup post-visit

12100 Nebel Street, RockvilleStarted taking our dog when I moved to the area 3 years ago and never had a bad experience: administrative staff was always courteous, space was always clean, medical staff was always knowledgeable. But nothing surpassed my expectations more then when the time came to help Rooney cross the Rainbow Bridge:
1) leaniancy in scheduling procedure - they allowed me to wait for the kids to come home from school
2) a comfortable private room to say goodbye - it wasn't just any available exam room, I sat on a couch and snuggled with him as we said our goodbyes
3) gentle explanations of his condition and options - when the doctor I spoke with in the morning wouldn't be available later in the day, she informed me of who would be assisting us and when it came time the new doctor was informed of our circumstances and kindly explained what would happen
They also provided the keepsake in my picture which is more than I have ever gotten from other providers with past pets. Not only that, but once I got the call saying the paw print was ready, I was allowed to come whenever I was ready to accept it so they kindly held onto it for a few weeks for me.
Thank you Nebel Street Animal Hospital your kindness was a gift.

The doctor is excellent—he explained Coffee’s sarcoma and every step of the procedure in clear, reassuring terms, so I knew my pup was in skilled hands. The entire staff is calm, kind, and supportive, which made a stressful situation much easier. Coffee had a minimally invasive surgery and recovered very quickly with great follow-up. They were incredibly thorough, took the time to do their due diligence, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. It was clear that they genuinely cared about her well-being and wanted to make sure she was as safe and comfortable as possible.
Dental procedures can be stressful, especially when they’re more complicated, but we felt like our little gal was in very good hands. We are so grateful for the entire team and the level of care they provided. Highly recommend this office!

Rob Albert (business owner) and manager Beverly consistently provide stellar service. Scheduling is seamless through the online portal and any questions or concerns are always answered promptly. I always get adorable photos of my dog from her walk as well as a thorough note from the visit. Their tracking app shows exactly where they go and how long the walk lasts. Dogcentric clearly cares about their customers, both human and animal. Could not recommend more highly.

As a native of the ME, I’d say it’s pretty close to authentic. I’m not really a fan of the pizza style dough because it’s not really authentic but the flavors were good. I’m kind of disappointed in the lahmajun as it’s my favorite but it was very oily and the meat spices were not really close to what I think it should be, but I’m being picky.
Parking is easy and the prices aren’t bad. Is it worth the trip? Yeah I’d say so.

I pop in there every few months when the BLTE cycles up in my head. There aren't many real short order/diner type spots in the area but this one does the trick. Would love if it they had a counter/counter seats. The manager is a character, his greetings in person and for the phone in orders are always enthusiastic. There must be many regulars as he says to at least half of them the items for order and they just say yes when they make it to the head of the line. From skimming the other reviews, I think I'll need to get a steak and cheese next!

When I recommend Gwenie’s to my friends, all of my friends fell in love their donuts.
Location is a bit uncomfortable with many parking but always full and other cars never moved.
Even if such an uncomfortable situation, it is worth to get donuts from them!! Please try them!

Came here multiple times for their beef boat noodles, and their meat is always very tender, unlike some restaurants that serve rubbery beef noodles. Soup has the right amount of spiciness to it with rich flavors. Fried rice and curry are pretty good as well. On top of their delicious flavors, their service is exceptional! Servers are always nice and make you feel welcomed. The ambience of this restaurant is very pleasant. Highly recommend!

500 N Washington St PO Box10621, 500 N Washington St Ste 10621, RockvilleWe got Chachi from BREW two weeks ago. I submitted my application on a Thursday and had my phone interview on Friday. Chachi’s foster family visited our place with him on Sunday, and we picked him up on Tuesday.
Their vetting process made sure that Chachi would have a good life with us. The whole process only took six days, including the weekend and the Christmas break. It was delayed by one day because Chachi stole some fish oil ?and his foster mom wanted to monitor him for another day. I really appreciate their efficiency.
Chachi is the sweetest dog. He is very good with people and other dogs. He does not have any resource-guarding behavior. He pays attention to our commands. He knew “sit” and learned “down,” “hold,” and “shake hand” within a week.
Although he lived outside for a year, his potty training only took a week or two. I believe that during his three weeks with his foster family, he was trained very well. He started sleeping through the night on the third day with us.
We feel that by adopting Chachi at a young age (3–5 years) from BREW, we avoided the entire beagle monster puppy phase ?

I appreciate the amount of care and effort the staff took to make sure the pets we picked out were a great fit. Staff was very knowledgeable and always explained the process to us. Would absolutely recommend! Just keep in mind that they require the whole household to meet the animal before applying!
