“PetSmart is actually my favorite place to shop for my dog. I can find the best quality items there—her clothes, leash, all her accessories, her special cookies, treats, and food. They even have the PetSmart salon, which is great.
Kim is very lovely and very nice. She always takes great care of my dog and gives her the best grooming ever. I highly recommend Kim , she’s the best!”

“The store has a great selection of seed, birdhouses, and decorations. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I stopped in a while ago while we were just window shopping, and again today for binoculars. Each time I was greeted by helpful people who were knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend this store for excellent service and selection!”
“Maria helped place a Freelance Feline to help control our rodent issue, and she was communicative, friendly, and set expectations on the process. It is wonderful to have a program that provides a safe home for feral cats and naturally reduces the rodent population!”
“The customer service might be lacking, as Bill (the owner) is not the chattiest of people, but when I needed help with starting my fish pond he gave clear, direct, and helpful answers to all of my questions, and offered other resources should I have any more. There is a large array of supplies and fish, who seemed well cared for, healthy, and alert, which you can't say for many fish stores. Will be returning again for supplies, and recommended to anyone looking for straight, honest, knowledgeable service from a trustworthy establishment.”

The staff here try to be friendlier than at other shops; other stores often lack personnel, are understaffed and overwhelmed, and the employees seem angry. This store, however, is truly special, and I recommend it to everyone because the staff really strives to provide the best service—it is the best place to buy chicken.”
“I have been volunteering at Wilson Parrot Foundation for 4 months and have really enjoyed learning about parrots and their care. They have a room for the small parrots, three large aviaries for the big parrots, and most of the main level for the medium size parrots. I love that they all have cages but are always open so they can socialize and roam. They are well fed every day with fresh fruit and veggies, pellets, and water in each cage. The big birds have huge wooden structures they can climb all over. I recommend this non profit if you want an interesting volunteering experience and really helping the birds.”
“I have taken my current dog and my dog before him to be vaccinated by Vetco at my local Petco for at least 15 years. Overall I've been happy with their service. The vets are always very nice and willing to answer questions. Vetco provides me with a report of my and my dog's visit promptly. The only improvement I'd like to see made is for them to allow clients to request a phone call or e-mail the day of their appointment rather than a text.”

“It was my first time coming into Petco. I needed to find a specific cat treat because our cat had gotten out and we needed to lure her into the cat carrier. Wendy was Working the register and came to help me find exactly what I needed. It worked! So I returned the following day and purchased more of those cat treats and said hi to Wendy and told her we found our cat”
