“I had the pleasure of shopping at the Columbia Mall JCPenney store on June 30th. I wanted to give a shout out to two exemplary employees who were working in the men’s department that morning, Sinaa and Jenni. I was greeted pleasantly by Sinaa upon entering the store and her positive demeanor was much appreciated. I was then assisted by Jenni who without hesitation helped to find a shirt and made helpful suggestions. An average trip to the mall was made so special that day because of these two employees. You are both much appreciated!!”
“Pretty good location. Lots of inventory. Friendly staff for the most part. Make sure to sign up for coupons. Items seem to be a bit smaller than other designer's items of the same size
